If you've noticed your grocery bill is soaring, you're not alone. The prices of staples like dairy, bread and coffee have steadily gone up over the past 12 months - and turns out, a bunch of global factors are to blame.
We roped reporter Ilias Bakalla into explaining how cooked grocery prices are in the cost of living crisis - by forcing him to make us lunch.

    Can barely find anything under $3.50 anymore...the most simplest food item is $3. Meanwhile let’s keep helping these other countries while our people starve...$3 don’t sound like much but it adds up FAST especially with hardly any good paying jobs.

    Corporations are increasing their prices even when uneffected. Why? Because they can. It's end stage capitalism.
