So based on the card count of 394,000K if you divide that by the number of instant redeemables 11,699 the pull rate for any redeemable should be 1 every 33.6780921 cards so basically if you buy 2 premium packs odds say you should at least pull 1 redeemable

I feel like most people call NFT’s a scam because they pay for it with their hard earned money and depending on how many packs you get sometimes you don’t get anything at all. In this case yes it’s definitely cheaper and better to buy them at shows and conventions for the physical redemptions.

"Gamble" is a chance. "Chance" is a chance. "Possibility" is a chance. The word scam is thrown around too often, especially when discussing NFTs. Someone may not like the fact that they only have a chance at something, but Funko and Droppp are straightforward with telling you there is a chance, making it not a scam. It's not right to call something a scam that isn't a scam.

@@Gastlecast Yes, I understand it’s a gamble well yeah more of a chance because gambling is illegal under the age of 18 but chance is more accurate lol but I was trying to explain that it’s probably the reason why a lot of people call it a scam because a innocent Funko pop collector who doesn’t know much about it buys a pack and doesn’t get anything so then you’re struck with the question “What do I do now? I’m stuck with this pack or two and I have no idea what to do with it” which at that point they would probably say it’s a scam or a waste of money because you’re buying something and not getting a physical pop! in return so I understand both arguments especially if you keep buying two or three packs at a time for each NFT drop and you still get nothing at that point yeah I would definitely call it quits for sure! I’m sorry I hope that makes sense because I have a higher speaking form of autism so it’s kind of weird because it makes sense to me, but I don’t know if that makes sense to other people lol. Also I hope the both of you have a great week! Keep up the amazing work and I always look forward to your shenanigans! P.S. Thanks you for bringing a smile to my face when I feel down💕

My favorite is the Black Knight! The Phantom Virus is cool, but I would have swapped him out with Zombie or Miner 49er.

My favorite Scooby Doo nfts are Phantom Virus & Proto as Scooby Doo 🔥🔥. Also, nfts are not a scam if people are actually receiving them in their mail.

Just because people receive their physicals doesn't actually mean the NFT's are a scam though. The point of NFT's are that the NFT's themselves serve some purpose and have some worth. What we see with not just Funko but so many Digital Art NFT's is effectively them selling snake oil, they have no value and will never have any value because the blockchain entry saying you own it is worthless as anyone can save an exact copy of of art. Some Digital Art NFT creators have realised this and have built long term utility into them, for example with cards they have built a game around it or NFT holders get access to other things be it resales, events etc but Funko has done none of that, they sell the NFT's, have to ship out a few thousand (which for many they aren't even free, you pay postage fees higher than it costs to buy a pop) and then leave the majority with collections of art that combined are usually worth less than a dollar. Funk's NFT's could have been amazing but they couldn't be bothered and they hide behind the physicals to try and make out it's not a scam. They would have been better off not even doing the NFT side and just selling raffle tickets if they weren't going to give the NFT's long term utility

I just got into Funko NFTs I did the last drop Funime bought 2 premium packs and scored a Fun Force Freddy and of course I had to complete my royalty set for the Ultimate Freddy I will definitely be trying to get packs for Scooby Doo thank you for your videos they are very helpful

I like the Royalty on both NFT’s sets. I believe NFTs are not a Scam but don’t participate due to the dislike of gambling. They have great Pops in most of them though. Also I can obtain them on the Secondary Market, even though I might have to pay a considerable amount more, at least I’m guaranteed to receive the one I want.

They are not a scam, but they are a gamble, I know, I have participated in 3 drops so far and the first 2 got nothing, and finally on my 3rd drop I got one legendary. I limit myself to $100-$120 each drop, and it sucks to spend $100 and get nothing, especially when you see people pulling 2-3 legendries in one pack. I'm sure that's one reason people say scam, spend money get nothing while you see others get multiples that sometimes have spent less. But in all , Scam no, gamble yes, Puppet Master, and headless are my wants

In all honesty I’d rather have an ultra than a mythic in an NFT set that I care about.

The only people I've seen mad are people who by their own head canon assumed Ultra for some reason would be less pieces than a Grail or Legendary. Going for Black Knight, Phantom Virus, and Puppet Master. Well all of them. You guys should watch the movie with the Phantom Virus if you get bored. It's very very good and highly important to fans born in the 90s.

As far as I am concerned (NFT’s) are not real as the last time I pulled anything was from the (Teen Titans Go Line)

People were mad over the very limited Mythic...people are mad over the high count ultra...people just wanna be mad. I love the addition of a "Common" / "Ultra" cause it gives people a chance. It reminds me of sports cards...there are super common jersey and auto cards and then super rare ones that are 1/1. You have a chance of pulling either or you can packs of nothing but base cards..

This guy doesn't know phantom virus!? You effin' serious mate!? I'm a fully grown adult and I def know who that is. 😜 Its from the direct-to-dvd movie reboot in the early 2000's where they made the monsters real i think. 4th one in the series i believe. Its literally a computer virus so you can tell they got increasingly less scary

Give us a real retro NFT. Maybe Doug funny. Rockies modern life. New flintstones or jetsons. What would you want for a NFT??
