Thank you so much for this. It is so interesting. I am towards the end of my Reflexology Diploma and this is so useful. Also really well timed as my type 1 diabetic daughter has callouses. I recently highlighted to her podiatrist that she is extremely flexible in her body and feet. She is just going through appointments to check out her biomechanics and will most certainly need orthotics. If these things go unchecked it will obviously cause knee, hip and back pain. Thank you again - you are always so helpful 🙏👣

Thank you. I get callus below the little toes and the next toe on both feet. I have T1D since 1962. I also have a toe on my right foot 4th with a strange twist. Not sure if it is called a 'Hammer Toe'? Is there anything important about that?
7th cervical area… if someone has bunions will that relate to neck issues also?
