Featuring specially designed double screens to limit western and southern exposure, the building reveals stunning views of the adjoining marsh and seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings.
Designed to balance living, work, and leisure, the building uses creative volumes, materials, and tectonic devices to foster a cooler microclimate. It promotes natural light, marsh views, rainwater harvesting, and biodiversity through thoughtfully designed gardens. Positioned by the water, it includes garden spaces that serve as detention areas during monsoons, protecting the living and workspaces from flooding.
Covering a compact footprint of 2720 sqft, this three-level structure includes:
Ground Level: 4-vehicle parking, kitchen, model making room, and guest suite, each opening into a courtyard.
