@nishantsaxena5077 well I agree to some extent but I wouldn't say Napoli did it through passion. It's not like the club decided to refuse transfers or purchases and it's not like all the players had an option to move but chose to stay in order to win with thag club. Its not like Napoli's players were all Napoli fans from childhood. People loved it because it was an underdog story, not because of passion. Anyway my main point was that "passion to win oil league" is a stupid argument to make. Like these players are linked with PSG, Bayern and Barcelona. Barcelona is a sort of a exception because of Real Madrid but in LaLiga its still the second biggest club. Barcelona and Real Madrid have been sucking up all the money from LaLiga.

Not mocking. What he meant was City has won PL leagues many times so the hunger has gone, while Arsenal didn't win the league for almost 2 decades. That's why Arsenal has more fire to win the PL league.
This happened at Napoli too. All new players, many young future stars. They won the title after 33 years, a good squad who can go far in the UCL. The chairman has made 300 million and can make a far stronger side to compete for UCL (as he stated himself). Instead the manager left, the football director left, and 3-4 of the starting 11 want to leave. Sure Napoli isn't a huge team, but winning makes people think they have achieved the impossible and its time to move on to a new challenge.

Pep was manager in City for almost like 8 years now and the Owner didn't sack him despite Pep not winning the UCL all those 7 years . i think the Owner want him to stay for more years and will bring him the players pep request to replace any free positions to keep Pep around .

So why will City's owner think about sacking him? Don't forget that they've been playing the best and most entertaining football since Pep took over. The Etihad has become a fortress, and that's what club owners want from their managers. Moreover, this guy has a win percentage of over seventy percent. To be fairness, City need to rebuild their roster after last 5 years and all the achievements. And their age are up there to switch less competitive league.
That Pep talk fired a great comeback winning them the Treble. Changing the squad is what keeps them competetive. Cashing in on Mahrez is great business, Walker just signed a new contract. Mayonnaise on fries is underrated no cap
Pep should leave too, rebuild another dynasty in Italy or France, he's won every trophy in England
They want to make a new save state 😂
City will evolve. They're a big club now. Players will come and go but the club will continue to do bits with Pep at the helm.
All the players you mentioned were at the tail end of their careers and contracts. Except Cancelo who was a trouble maker,so Pep had to get rid.
His team is also aging out. This was the time to have a historic victory with so many strong play makers at their peak along side strong young scorers
This aged well 😂😂😂
Aguero, Kompany, Silva, Fernandinho, Jesus, Sane, Sterling all came and went, Man City never got affected... So they'll be fine this time too
Being coach by Pep requires a lot of sacrifice and commitment. Under Pep it’s like going to school. You have to get up early in morning, train, study, stay healthy, and go to bed early. Social life is non-existent during the season. He wants his players focused and disciplined.
They want to leave cos they’ve completed football. They’ve hit footballing immortality. It’s actually nice to see them play for smaller clubs to get that buzz again.
Very wrong assumption. If they don't rebuild you "ll discover that they'll quickly move from top to mediocre.
"won't force anybody to stay" yeah, tell that to Bernardo Silva
Of course those players want to leave. Cancelo was a wanker anyway. Gundogan has won everything and is getting to the end of his career. Same with Walker. I don’t think Laporte is good enough to start and he’s not happy to sit on the bench. Nothing to do with hunger. They showed enough hunger by winning the treble I’d say. I’m not city fan but pep is master of winning mentality !!
Playing at the highest level requires a lot of hard work and stress. while you will maybe successful, it doesn't mean you will be happy.
For example , he killed Kalvin Phillips’s confidence, not using him even when winning comfortably, Calling him fat and undisciplined in front of the whole world and then whenever Kalvin recovers from his mistreatment ( he will recover) do you think Kalvin will forget this unnecessary mistreatment? No, he will leave as soon as he feel Guardiola starts needing him the most. It is call Pay back !! Sweet revenge! Walker is enjoing that now.

Exactly! He did the same thing to Eto, Ronaldinho, Yaya Toure, etc. We still remember.
Luckily no one will miss the old Man City if the team falls apart
But City are even at risk of being stripped of the three Premier League titles they won between 2012 and 2018. The champions have challenged the 115 charges and the case was in the hands of the head of its “independent judicial panel”, Murray Rosen KC.
Alot of players at city have won everything they can in the english league, they want new challenges, haaland only needs a league cup and he completes the English league, then he'll be off to spain, probably.
