Hi Yash, You are really doing a great job with your educative videos. Please, I have a question. I would appreciate it if you could help me answer it. I am currently on a student visa in the UK, studying MBA in Human Resource Management, my programmed ended 1st April 2024, I was notified by the school that I have a module to retake 17th May 2024 with the option not to retake and exit the program with a Post Graduate Diploma but the date of module retake is yet to be communicated and my visa is due to expire August 2024. I currently have an employer that offered to sponsor me, I mean Certificate of Sponsorship (COS). My question is, if I decide to withdraw from the program by not retaking the module and exit with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, will I be eligible for the switch to the skilled worker visa(COS) being offered by my employer when they apply with the home office. Please kindly help me as I need to make a decision as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.
