So yesterday I went to my 12 hour shift @ hospital 🏥 and I was told that 2 CNAs had called in sick 😷 and that I would have to cover all my patients (10) and all patients from CNA that did not show up, another (10) 😮I AM sick and tired of HR dumping onto me the load that was another employees responsibility WITHOUT PAYING ME EXTRA!!!!! It should not be my responsibility to carry someone else’s work load 😮HR NEEDS TO BRING IN THE EXTRA HANDS OR PAY ME DOUBLE 😮I FINALLY QUIT!!!!! So tired 🥱 of the BS in Healthcare 😮
Truth!!! Understaffing & undersuppling(administration doesn't want to supply or staff properly).People are getting unhealthier.
