The music and the uniforms are top notch but I don't think British streets belong to either protestants or catholics any longer unfortunately. 😢

@@LOYALISTGOVAN somehow it was in my recommended videos. I’m genuinely interested in why two very closely related versions of the same religion manage to have so much hatred towards each other.

@@okiwatashi2349 your algorithm would suggest you watch more of these videos or you wouldn’t be getting the recommendations, that’s how KZread works. As for the hatred thing, it’s not so much religious nowadays, it’s more of a keeping Britishness alive within Scotland and Northern Ireland remaining part of the United Kingdom, the hatred comes from the SNP government and its supporters including Irish Republican sympathisers within the Scottish government, The hating of all things British and English exists in Scotland. An example, you can quite happily fly a Polish or Ukrainian flag in Scotland but it causes offence when you fly your own countries flag, the union flag.

@@LOYALISTGOVAN I’m with you on most of that. I’m old enough to remember when it was all about irrational hatred of catholics or Protestants. I was previously an SNP Supporter, well since just after the referendum. All religions to me are pathetic, though as I’ve got older, I’m 52, I’ve realised that without religion communities become fractured and not communities anymore. Which I find incredibly depressing. I wish you well, but i must admit I hope we can move past religious hatred as a pastime/ lifestyle.

@@LOYALISTGOVAN I have never watched anything like this, and have no interest in it, or than what I mentioned before. I lived in Glasgow long enough to see it first hand. You’re right about the flags though. It’s disgraceful, personally I think the UK, and possibly Scotland in particular are lost to the multicultural machine that’s plaguing the west. I lived and worked in Spain for 10 years and it’s getting to be the same there. Everyone in the world is allowed to be proud of their culture and spread it all over the west, except Western European cultures.
