Pile 4 is my toxic ass ex. We broke up for the last time in June. He still contacts me the last time was about two weeks ago with a fake number. He also spams my phone with phone calls & voicemail messages from a fake numbers. I’ve been debating to change my number or get a restraining order. He moved away in July but he texted me he’s moving back. I’m scared he’ll show up at my house because he has before. He does suffer from addiction problems and I’m def one of his addictions. I don’t want to be anymore. I’m ready to move on and let go. I’ve been doing that it’s just hard because I can still feel his presence and I’ve done protection and self-love rituals against him. The only thing left to do is a cut cord ritual but I’m scared to do that. Advice anyone? Thank you for the reading 🫶🏽✨

Also he’s blocked on all social media & his phone number. But he always manages to find ways to still stalk me or contact me. I don’t respond or engage. But he still doesn’t leave me alone. I do fear my safety because he does have a bad temper and he’s extremely abusive. It was so hard to get away from him and our situation. I literally had to move cities. But I’m scared once again he’ll find me. My friends & family advice me to get a restraining order but I was doing some research and it can be difficult to get one in my state.
