I read PN DUTTA, but Edward Gait is a good book you can go for it. PN dutta is a handy book but you’d have to read again and again to understand the chronology as it is given in paragraph format only.

Avoid junk food and outside foods oil products as it can deteriorate your health gradually .I noticed in your vlog that you study throughout the night, which can severely impact your sleep cycle. Adequate sleep is necessary for overall health and cognitive function. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. A true aspirant needs to be deciplined and dedicated to his/her passion.

Every year, about 10 lakh people appear for the exam, and the number of available seats is very limited. To succeed, you need to fully isolate yourself from distractions and focus intensely on your preparation, because you're competing with the top of the toppers. The UPSC syllabus is vast and requires regular revision and deep analysis. Remember, obstacles and enduring pain are the only ways to achieve your goals. Accept the pain, embrace the pain, smile at the pain ,pain is the gatekeeper of success.
