they aren't anywhere near far enough into the game to do that, they need to get to labs first to be able to craft a water filter

partial correction for the strength gain: you get double strength carrying in light red(heavy encumbrance), but before over-encumbered at dark red.

have the host turn down needs drain in the sandbox settings file of the save so you can actually make progress without being constantly being hungry, thirsty, and tired. also, for needs, you need them to be almost full for them to not become a problem when you leave your base.

They also suffer from the Live Streamer brain rot of asking the same 5 questions 12 times and ignoring the answer 13 times.

Those orange crate contain better loot also if crouch and move near enemies it level up your sneak as long you don’t have eye icon.

Instead of the soup i generally recommend making the eyeball salad wraps or the alien burgers, (or one stack of each) but it really depends on what processes you want to automate. The eye wraps are super nice though because they only need 3 crops, no meats, and only enough water to grow the crops with no boiling mechanic. And, they are much lighter to carry around while giving over double the stats per item as all but the most complex soups
