You boys are so inspiring, our son Struan is autistic and we visit Sutherland as much as possible from down in South Ayrshire, as my dad was from aultbea before moving to Lairg, him and his 2 brothers loved doing the weights. I had a Cream Egg this morning , my first for many years, and was very disappointed . I remembered them as being much bigger with a thicker layer of chocolate . True it’s about 50 years ago but I’m certain they were much bigger.🌶🌶🌶

They were bigger. In the US the creme eggs were shrunk from the standard 39g to 34g and then they made them in a 5 pack instead of the standard 6 pack.

🚨someone please answer I weight 70kg but look like I weight 80+kg my body physics don’t match my 70kg body weight. I have 1500 daily calories or try most the time I hit 1300 calories 120-130g protein a day the rest fats/carbs. What do I need to do to lose more fat & not muscle I want my body physics to change?

Eat more calories (at least 2000 to start), you are way to low, get in around 130g Protein, 200g carbs don’t worry to much about the fats, lift weights around 3 times a week (full body workout), walk around 7-10,000 steps a day, hope this helps.
