Subhanallah!!!..What beautiful examples Mufti makes in this lecture in order to drive is point across to younger generation.

I have been listening to most of his lectures on daily basis, and mashallah, I love them all , what a deep message he brings to our ummah, very nice and knowledgeable man...I wish that ALLAh will grant my son the same deen , knowledge and wisdom inshallah

Allah knows the best, leave it for him. We are all his slaves and he knows what is in their hearts but we don't. So let's not curse to keep ourselves safe and pray to Allah to guide all mankind.

The rules at private colleges serve to create a separate, "superior" class of people. This kind of social structure moves people away from Allah if I have understood Mufti Menk correctly in the past. The rules of the Quran serve to bring one closer to Allah. I understand the analogy, but I struggle to accept it.
