It is relaxing your body and putting minimal pressure on the abdomen, if you push it out, you strain and blow your voice out real fast. The type of yelling these scream rappers do is exactly how you blow your voice out. I know because i used to do hardcore yelly vocals, and blew my voice out three times in a year. I love this guy fr. Mad talent. Good music to workout to also. I have never been so happy in a gym. This guy is on so many new levels.
