That is one creepy, creepy. The thing of nightmares. I'm not familiar with this character either, but I'd say this was a great find Jason. If I had that in my mancave, I'd surround it with bunch of Justice League figs, few crucifixes.... hey, happy thoughts.

I think that's one thing that keeps fans coming back to the Batman vs Joker dynamics. True opposites. Unfortunately, since Marvel has found such success with this "villain is a slightly more powerful version of the hero" formula, everyone else seems to want to cash in on it. But who knows? Zaslav seems to have an idea in mind for DC. Maybe it will be great? I hope so.

And the crazy thing is they could have gotten away with making him smaller and we probably would have been fine with it, but they did that for us.

Serious Captain Marvel fan here. This is a phenomenal Sabbac. I wish he had the goatee, but clean shaven is accurate to the source film.

WOW - thank you very much for this video - I love it! This is my first 5/5 review and I have no clue who Sabbac is. And I think that is what added the charm to your video because neither did you. I like how you have managed the "McFarlane articulation" component to your reviews. I firmly believe that all the major companies have certain indiscretions when it comes to their concepts of articulation. I think this is something you were leaning towards - can't compare an apple to an orange so why bother - but get another apple and now we got something. Beside the other deluxe figures got me thinking - didn't McFarlane also release a Frost Giant from the Wicker series in 2021? If so, I'd like to see those two beside each other too. Makes me wonder what my $75.00 CAN went to on Surtur (and I LOVE him) when Sabbac is half the price.

THANK YOU! Not only for the kind words about articulation (no one ever comments on the Poseability section, so I just assume everyone is fine with what I am doing), but more importantly reminding me of the Frost Giant from the Witcher! I may have to pick him up. Regarding Surtur, as we saw, he is a few inches taller, is transparent plastic (which I *think* costs more in production), has head to toe drybrushing, alternate hands, and that giant fruit roll up looking sword, so I do feel like there was a bit of value in the box. $75 Can value? That I couldn't say. Here in the States it was $60.

@@5POAFigureReviews Posablility remains a factor for some as it correlates to the accuracy of the character's design. Legends, Select, Mafex, McFarlane et al have different concepts to me and, such as yourself, would appreciate a Legend vs Legend comparison on this topic exclusively while specifically remaining true to the other 4POA. I may have misled my Surtur comments as he is a grail in my collection as well, and considering his standings in last years Top 10's we are not alone.

don't matter to me how accurate he is...he looks awesome definitely going to have to get him 🤘

I think he looks great I'm trying to get all the bill to figures and the mega figures someone McFarland line the other ones I'm picking and choosing but I do like completing waves

Cheap Ross buy....can't go wrong with a giant Devil. Maybe he goes up against the upcoming Ghost Rider, maybe against some Mythic Legion Templars, maybe Spawn or perhaps maybe Doctor Strange, or did Cobra summon this Demon, and the Joes have to stop it? Thank you for the review.

well if you are only going to get one, I'd say Gorr. Chances are there will never be another release of that particular figure, so if you don't get him now it will be harder to later. There will always be more Spider-Man figures, and they are in fact releasing Integrated Suit Spidey as part of a three pack with Tobey and Andrew, AND he has his weblines painted in. So yeah, I'd go with Gorr.

Are you sure this is not mephisto himself from the marvel comics universe bro? Are you gonna review the new 2022 marvel legends spiderman toys next?

Ariel Chylde from a series called Darkchylde. It was a short lived late 90s early 2000s series by Randy Queen about a girl whose nightmares turn her into a monster and unleashes demons. The figure was made by Moore Action Collectibles, which also made figures based on Chaos Comics characters, Witchblade, and Fathom. They were sculpted by Clayburn Moore who was famous for comic book statues

Wow they actually painted the back of the figure. Is mcfarlane actually trying now? Because alot of mcfarlane dc figures are painted like shit and lack paint on the back aka man bat.

Yeah I am pleasantly surprised. But like I said in the video, a big giant demon monster is what McFarlane excels at, so I can see why they would go all in on this one.

Honestly they should be 29.99, not 40 bucks. Having them at 20 dollars more than the normal sized figures makes no sense when a build a fig (which is sort of like a mega fig) is 5 bucks each piece that comes with 4 figures. So that means a build a fig is 20 bucks so why is a mega fig 40? So it’s 20 bucks for the mega fig but since McFarlane is building it for you, he’s gonna charge an additional 20 bucks more for building it? 🤣🤣🤣

Marvel legends looks Inferior compared to DC multiverse.

You just know he’s probably gonna be a pretty weak movie villain since they’re doing absolutely no marketing of him. Hope this comment ages poorly

I mean, DC doesn't have a great track record for villains so that's a safe bet. My hope is that it's more about preserving spoilers and not scaring families away with a giant 15-foot Satan-looking monster. Fingers crossed, though. I am pretty excited for this movie.
