Pehle toh 2025 tk Rohit hi captaincy kare, uske baad Limited overs Captaincy Hardik Pandya aur Test Captaincy Rishabh Pant ko milni chahiye until 2027 and if Indian cricket does well under them in those two years, their respective captaincy can be extended upto 2031...

If it's all for the long term then Shreyas Iyer could be a good choice for next 7-8 years. He has age on his side, and is a good tactical captain. If it's for short term of 4-5 years then KL Rahul can be a good choice but India has to think for the long run to be honest. Hardik is good but his injury history is a concerning factor.

Shreyas Iyer is very composed & calm... He is the right choice to lead the Indian team.
