Both is amazing. Patti is a powerhouse vocalist while Aretha's soul in singing is untouchable. But if we are being honest, Patti just nailed this so Patti for me.

If you love noise Disturbing voice on stage You can take Pati labelle.

how is it embarassing for her tho? Patti did amazing here but Aretha did good, and it’s still her own song. Her voice didn’t crack nor did she mess up the lyrics of missed the beat.

this is not a fair comparison clip that you showed of Patti LaBelle was Patty singing to Aretha Franklin her song so of course Patty is gonna sing it to the best of her ability because the queen is sitting in front of her watching her.
