Who's This Z790 Motherboard FOR?! MSI Pro Z790-VC WiFi
Ғылым және технология
The MSI Pro Z790-VC is yet another MSI Pro Series Z790 motherboard, alongside the MSI Pro Z790-A, MSI Pro Z790-P, and the MSI Pro Z790-S! What makes all of these different? Well each has a few unique features, and while none of them are the best Z790 motherboard by far, they still offer some good features for the price!

This board may actually exactly what we need at work with all these PCIE slots
hi, found this channel as of writing. I have a question, maybe you know the answer: For example let us take the i7-13900TE. This is what I stumble upon. If you look at the spec sheet on Intel you see that it has the capability to output “5120 x 3200 @ 120Hz” from the eDP port. This is nice because I want a monitor with a refresh rate of 160Hz. So, 120Hz will be displayed, which is enough for me. But now the questions: It also shows HDMI-output and DP, and supports 4 displays. 1a) Does this mean that eDP+HDMI+DP+?=4? Is the “?” also another HDMI or DP port depended on the motherboard used? 1b) Or is it that via DP you can have 4 displays? 1c) How does this relate to the MOBO, because I assume you need to have a MOBO that has those ports. So if a MOBO has two HDMI and two DP it can output to 4 displays, right? And then for each of the ports the maximum output resolution of the iGPU of the CPU can be obtained, right? So in this example two HDMI give two “4096 x 2160 @ 60Hz” and the two DP gives two “7680 x 4320 @ 60Hz”? Here, I also need to take in account the fact that the MOBO ports can handle those resolutions? 1d) How does eDP work, because it says to a flat panel, but you only find a panel besides the PC as a flat panel or laptop, not a monitor. And if you look further, little is know about eDP to DP cables. There are MOBO with eDP “ports,” but those are the ribbon connectors and a monitor does not have that type of input. So why does the CPU have this capability? Is it possible to get a reliable eDP to DP cable? 1e) Is there a motherboard that can use the “5120 x 3200 @ 120Hz” and let it go via USB-C? I know this question is weird, but the goal is to have the “5120 x 3200 @ 120Hz” not via eDP. kind regards.
Isn't this the pot calling the kettle black
