About Who's The Boss?:
Being a parent is tough; being a single parent is even tougher. So when injuries and his wife's death force ex-baseball player Tony Micelli (Tony Danza) into retirement, and a single mom, high powered advertising executive Angela Bower (Judith Light), needed someone to run her household, it was a match made in heaven. Or was it? After convincing her free-spirited, mischievous mother, Mona Robinson (Katherine Helmond), that hiring Tony is the right thing to do, the less-than-tidy Angela welcomes him and his daughter Samantha (Alyssa Milano) as the live-in housekeeper for her and her son Jonathan (Danny Pintauro). And while their relationship starts out businesslike and platonic, becoming best friends and confidants makes it hard for two attractive, single adults living under one roof to resist their more grown-up impulses.

Angela and Tony are severely underrated. They belong in the top 10 list of greatest sitcom couples. They may not have consummated their relationship until they lived together in Iowa and far away from their kids and Mona in the final season, but it was lust and practically love at first sight for these two. And their chemistry is truly off the charts.

@@songriver1232 They did work out. Angela and Tony may not have tied the knot onscreen but the implication of the finale was they reunited for good. They were in their early 40’s so maybe they even had a kid or two of their own.

@@NYCER4LIFE That's why I think a reboot is a mistake unless they have Tony and Angela as a married couple all this time with a couple of kids of their own, from what I hear Angela and Jonathan wouldn't be in the reboot that Alyssa Milano talked about, so what does that say about Tony and Angela relationship plus they say the show would be in the same house, how does Samantha end up in Angela's house without at least one Bower in the house? And I wish Sony wouldn't be so stingy and release the series on DVD for us fans, I mean they seem to release every show but this one and some that's not even popular. Geez!!!!!

They had the BEST chemistry on any sitcom…! I miss this show…I miss the 80s and 90s….
I have no idea how they act are in real life but at leat I can say they are really good actors because they both look so sweet... He is so lovable... She's so sweet... They really look in love... ❤️❤️❤️
In an interview Judith did once, she mentioned that she was actually naked to get a genuine reaction from Tony

Best sitcom ever. I just loved this show so much. Doesn't get nearly enough credit.

Tony and Angela's love story is the most beautiful love story EVER!! how they started out as friends and developed feelings for each other so slowly, so beautifully, just wanting to protect each other. WTB may be a sitcom intended to make people laugh but this love story goes beyond that. They had the most magical chemistry I have ever seen, you could feel it, I can feel the butterflies in my stomach just from watching these two. They make me dream and believe in true love. There's much more than just a comedy show here. It's the most beautiful love story ever told.

@@MarkSinacori I agree, the last season of "Who's the Boss" with Sam and Hank getting married was the worst and it wouldn't be hard to believe that they got divorce, it was a disaster from the beginning, however I am not interested in Sam's life, I was more interested in Tony and Angela from the get go and I want to see them if there's a reboot, but I agree with someone here who said reboots are never as good as the original so I'll rather they leave it alone and release the complete series for us fans of the original show.
The days when people carpeted their bathrooms…..worst idea in the world.

A reboot will be awful. No talk of Angela and Tony helping raise Samantha’s kids...fans will not want to see it!

You really can't fake the affection these two had for each other. If they had continued the show for another few years, I definitely would have watched. The only other tv couple that had this kind of natural chemistry were Dick Van Dyke amd Mary Tyler Moore.
Tony was dreamy. I always felt Angela was too high strung.

The only reason Tony was able to pull Angela enventually is because he was very good looking confident guy. Had he been unattractive, she would have never considered him romantically let alone hire him to work for her.

IF anyone out there is following this thread - if you're wondering where to watch Who's the boss then if you are Canadian CTV throwback has all the shows of every season! Just gotta deal with stupid commercials AND unfortunately scenes beeing cut. (I can definitely tell when there is something missing from a scene!) They need to cut scenes in order to add more commercial time. But for those who watched its original run and who remember the scene - it will also be obvious! UGH.
