True, had the same talk with my dad when I couldn’t read words . It’s getting older especially when your in late 30s early 40s. You can exercise the eye muscles though.

I think Kim is about a year older than me. A couple of months after I turned 42, I started having to take off my glasses to see my phone, read, anything up close, then put them back on to drive/watch t.v, etc... It's not an old prescription, and it seemed like it happened overnight. Definitely aging. Definitely not the end of the world. It happens 😂

100% including a diet specifically geared to eyesight improvement has been shown to do just that. Include some eye bright herb tea and of course work with your optometrist or even ophthalmologist to see what surgery can be done from now to limit her far sighted onset.❤

It's not about having 20/20 vision. I have 20/20 vision but I'm 60 years old so I still need reading glasses because you lose half the light to your retina after the age of 40 and there's nothing you can do about it.
