8:48 Ms. Martel that is known as a fidget toy! A great way for kids to keep their hands busy. Super helpful for kids (and adults, I have a couple I fidget with) with ADHD, ADD, Autism etc. Plus, they are less likey to be taken away if used in class, because they are quiet and don't take that much attention away from the lesson. THAT is why they are in such high demand. Almost ALL kids fidget and want something to mess with when they're bored or under-stimulated.
