Shadow hammers were my favorite because they're supposed to have a chance to drop 2-4 cobalt, mythril or adamantite bars but due to a bug (at least on 3ds) they instead drop silver chandeliers, nature's gifts (stacked) and hellforges

Out of all the console exclusive weapons I miss sharanga the most. That bow with a good modifier would destroy even plantera easily, and the spectral arrows it would occasionally drop were ridiculously powerful. Pretty impressive for a pre-hardmode weapon

The Sharanga was busted man. I remember killing Duke Fishron with it while wearing melee armor. Easily my favorite old-gen weapon.

This was my favorite bow. (Not weapon, I still preferred the Terra Blade, but definitely bow.) If you could farm the arrows, you could use ridiculously powerful ammo with a mid- to late-game bow and just shred things.

I don't think I ever really got to see much of old gen terraria (even though I had a console). I used to never play back then, and I got the console in early 2015 anyway so 1.3 was soon to come.

I wish I could have the option to remember the tizona, instead I remember getting Dragon armor, which was remade into a vanity less than like, 1 year after I got it.

We already planned a rework for this badass sword (nothing special, it will get the same treatment as vanilla melee weapons got in 1.4.4. update) in the upcoming update. I hope we'll see more videos about console exclusive weapons, it'll be actually kinda helping for us to balance these things.

I wanted to say a cool idea for the egg cannon, maybe it has a low base damage, but on contact it explodes (dealing AOE) Then 1-2 bunnies spawn dealing 6 contact damage with 8 armor penetration and can hit 3 enemies at once and live for 1.5 seconds. Good for grounded enemies, bad for most bosses and flying enemies.

If you ask me, the Tizona is as legendary as the Terrablade ...also, itd be cool if the Tizona was in the modern game as like an easter egg thing

-you can now equip ocrams razor and it changes the look of the terrablade to the tizona would be a cool way to implement it

Turkor still haunts my nightmares. Especially after each 110 HP I got from my infinite potion, AKA the cornucopia…

Back when I used to play old gen Terraria, I never actually beat Ocram lol. I don't know if I sucked at the game or just didn't bother trying, but I never ended up getting to use the armor and weapons made available by killing him. It's nice to see one of those weapons in action now, even if it has been altered by the Consolaria mod.

I used to farm ocram on mobile with my friends during sleepovers lol. You didnt miss much as good as those memories are he was pretty boring.

Used to play the old version with my friend and idk how the joke started but we used to interrogate each other yelling “GIVE ME THE TIZONA”

The Tonbogiri was my favourite weapon, and to this day I still have no idea why that spear was so precious to me.

I remember playing terraria when i used to be like 7-8 and i remember that i always used to love the tonbogiri and the tizona.

DUUUDDEEE THIS AND THE OLD CRAFT-ABLE ARMORS WAS SO AWESOME BACK IN THE DAY

I just remember playing The old version with my cousin, and we always Looked at This Weapon and Tonbogiri the Hallowed Spear Type, i hope i could see a video about it even if it was in the mod

I remember doing an infinite money glitch with the Titan armor. The Titan armor gave a chance not to consume ammo. Coins are technically an ammo because of the coin gun. Back in the old days, this chance not to consume ammo happened anytime the ammo left your inventory unless it was dropped on the floor or put in a chest. This included placing the coins. So, if you were to place a coin on the ground, there would be a chance that it places, but also remains in your inventory. I remember putting a platform all the way in space, and just letting the coins pile up, then going back down to the bottom of the stack and breaking each platinum coin one by one. Those were the good old days

As someone who has recently replayed terraria on 3ds and beaten it, my favorite weapon is the falcon repeater because of its exploding arrows, my favorite armor on the other hand was the dragon armor because of its set bonus combined with the Terra blade I can kill golem in seconds

I would love to see some old gen console stuff re implemented. I remember fighting Lepus on my grandparent's old tv.

I never particularly played it myself but I watched a lot of videos on it when I picked it up because I am interested in the lore of how the games were before the time that I started playing

I remember seeing this weapon and i’ve never thought about crafting

The people who remember this also remember the og tutorial world with the endless lava and massive cliffs on the sides

Consolaria does a great job reworking the original console content. Also I would love if you did a video on some modded weapons from mods like Thorium, Mod of Redemption and obviously Calamity.

I actually do remember this weapon, and it was really sad to see it go, i actually played on mobile and mobile 1.3 got released in 2020 i think, so that is only 3 years compared to probably 5 or something for pc, but it's still so cool to see people bringing removed items back in terraria in some way, shape or from. I think old gen console might still be able to get ocram related gear as they're still in 1.2

To be honest, I remember and miss this weapon so much. It brings back a lot of nostalgia, as you said. But, I love the dragon armor more (legacy armor set crafted out of cobalt/palladium, mythril/orichalcum, titanium/adamantite, and hallowed set, with some souls of blight)

I remember getting this weapon for the first time and I was shock at how good it was for the console versions finale boss being golem

I remember on my 360 I had a few friends who played terraria, one of them was in hardmode in another world they made came into my world and dropped some angel wings. That blew my damn mind, first playthrough having no idea the wof existed, nor hardmode for that matter, was a straight cheat code having him on my friend list lol

One of the best Swords back then, I remember playing with my brother on the phone version of terraria and it was the valentines day event, he had the valentines heart arrows that completely locks the hitted enemy in place, and i had the tizona, the dungeon guardian had no chance, as he was not resistant to the bleeding debuff. Easiest way to get the guardian pet XD

I remember the old gen weapons. I remember the cupid arrows which would stun a enemy in place for a few seconds. Surprisingly this worked on the dungeon guardian. So me buddies and i would keep shooting the DG with those arrows and completely stun locked him in place.

I played on 3ds, so it was harder to craft the spawn. but the fight with Ocram is hard, but the lock on thing the 3ds had helped make the fight easier
