Garou and Boros know almost nothing because Saitama wasn't using even 10% of his power and Garou lost his memories about their fight

It's true, not even Saitama saw Saitama's battle against Cosmic Garou, since he lost his alternate future memories. Genos truly is the only one to witness it. Well... him and the people in the HA meeting he showed it to, but I don't think there were any heroes in there, and none of them truly believed what they were seeing anyways.

I think the only reason genos knows more about saitamas power is because saitama forgot a lot after his fight with garou

I mean is the Mad Cyborg been revealed yet? Or are we sure that Genos wasn't emotional when he said that? Because Genos could be in denial since he will refuse to believe someone that killed his parents at a young age will be resting already... It may not be that highlighted because of the comedy of the show but I think Genos was in much more pain on what happen at his past, so I think it's fair for him to not believe the mad cyborg being long gone, even from accident encountering Saitama.

no, saitama is infinitely strong, so until he recognizes that he wont know 100%. he still doesnt know that saitama broke his limiter. if he did he wouldnt be collecting data on the fries he eats or how he talks or sleeps or cooks or whatever else
