The thing that impressed me most about this man is the fact that he goes high when others go low. And it’s amazing how low and vicious some will go. Vivek never resorts to name calling, encourages civil debate, and is not afraid to meet his critics face on. This is so rare in politics today. If you like him, say so. If you don’t agree with him, say why. But the unnecessary personal attacks are so unbecoming of this nation.

I think you are wrong about Trump. Trump wants to leave a legacy. That is what he wants. I LOVE Vivek. However, we need to vote Trump, he appoints Vivek as his VP, and if Trump Vivek do what Trump started for 4 years, then we get Vivek for 8 more years, which is effectively Vivek for 12 years

No, he cannot "be the best president this country ever had." He is NOT eligible to be VP or POTUS. He is NOT, and never can be, a natural-born citizen--a strict requirement for those positions (Article 2, Section, 1, Clause 5). Does ANYONE study the Constitution?

Vivek is breath of fresh air. I'm always impressed with him and the way he's able to convey his message. We need less politicking and more common-sense realism, more standing for moral values, more discussion on personal responsibility, and focus on civic duty in our country.

It's a false American Dream. Vivek is NOT eligible to be VP or POTUS because he does not meet the constitutional requirements for that office. If by American Dream you mean that someone with FOREIGN parents can be born here and automatically become a citizen, your concept is wrong. Vivek was born to INDIAN parents and is himself a citizen of India. Don't come back with your misunderstanding of the 14th Amendment which does NOT grant him citizenship.

A fascinating life story with his immigrant parents living the American dream. Vivek's bold vision of this country and its founding of one nation under God under the ten tenets of truth resonates with me as a born-again Catholic. As a practicing Hindu, Vivek believes in God's creation and that everyone has a unique purpose in that creation. I believe in the sanctity of life from conception to natural death. I wonder how he will handle the pro-life controversial issue as a president.

His family were educated people before they immigrated to the United States. They got good jobs once here. His father was a engineer and patent attorney for General Electric company and his mother was a Geriatric Psychiatrist, so they were well off. Vivek went to a elite Catholic high school in Cincinnati, OHIO. He tries to make it seem as if he and his parents came from nothing. He's a LIAR.

If the said humanity lives inside my body, often placed there against my will, or becomes a threat to my existence and well being - then I don't see how I am answerable to anyone. Secondly abortion, birth control, family planning, equality of women and prosperity of a nation goes hand in hand - whether it's stopping abortion like USA, Ireland or forcing abortion like Chin, or Eugenics experiments like Germany, govt should be kept away from interfering with the womb - soon it becomes a life threatening hell hole for women overall. Having done so proves that he is authentic .. that he has guts, integrity and commitment to transparency. Awesome interview! Thank you to ABC for putting this up!!!! Vivek answered all the questions smartly answered while maintaining honesty. The last question is always the difficult question to answer but he answered it very nicely. I also liked his answer about "What he would have done differently had he given a different career path (paraphrased)?"

Among successful or influential men, the most distinctive strength and the greatest weakness are often closely tied together. And awareness of that close relationship between talent and flaw allows a man to integrate himself properly.
