When Man City signed Gundogan he had a serious injury at the time that kept him out for 6-8 months yet Pep was adamant that he still wanted him, shows you just how much he rated him. 6 years later Pep is saying things like "Gundo isn't just a phenomenal player, but he's a phenomenal human being as well"

Doesn’t show anything other than he was taking a risk signing him. Its easy to say in hindsight it was a great decision. But in reality it wasn’t. Anybody with a brain will see this as well

He essentially won us the league last season. The false 9 worked because of his late and timely runs into the box
