I think you've forgotten to mention Tougness damage, since Huo Huo practically doesn't contribute to it, while Aventurine is insane in ST and Fu Xuan in AoE. Toughness damage gets better, since we have enemies that are required to be broken, like Dinos or would be better to break, lile Aventurine boss, since if you don't he will skip a lot of your turns.

While aventurine tops her in the current IPC team because of ratio’s debuff necessity, they still have the same cycle clearing uptime according to the CN database. And outside of this team, huohuo’s pretty much necessary for robin’s rotations and an upgrade for pretty much every team outside of Acheron.

There's no "best" sustain in the game, they're just situational. Luocha is good with healing characters off field and sp positive, so positive that basically you don't need to worry about healing and sp and don't forget that he has high effect resistance because of his passive talent, and he's also good with characters that lose hp whenever they use their skills, also he's so good against enemies like Sam boss😭, his downside is that he's so squishy due to him scaling of attack so definitely you need to at least get as much hp% and deff% sub stats on him, don't worry much about the speed just having 121 plus speed is enough. Fu Xuan is good at tanking while giving small buff to your teammates but she's not good against the enemies that deal a ton of aoe damage because it might one shot her thus losing the sustain on your team, and her healing isn't that good either, just her taking damage for your teammates, she's good at giving resistance to your whole team, the only visible flaw that I see on her is that, when she get cc'd herself just pray that she has one stack left of ger E, Hua Hua's sustainability is as good as Luochas but unlike Luocha she scales of hp which makes her more tankier than him, and gives buff to your teammates and gives er as well, but her healing isn't that good either and she's not that sp positive as Luocha and Fu Xuan, she's more of a Harmony healer which makes her better for teams like Dot because her attack buff helps a lot with dot damage output and her free 20 when using her ultimate makes your dot team burts get used, and she can also cleanse so good which is a good thing about her, her downside is that you need highspeed to manifest her healing and high effect ress for her to not get cc all the time, high speed because, based on my experience from using her, my teamcomp die so fast (probably skill issue 😭). Aventurine sustainability is actually my favorite since he gives a permanent shield to the whole team, he also deals a decent amount of damage, he's like Luocha but a shielder, he also applies a debuff to the enemy which is so good with most teamcomps that deals crit damage, he's so tanky too because of his deff% scaling, he's also sp positive, and he gives effect ress to the whole team with his shield on them, the downside is that you need to regularly check his shield duration if your teammates moves so fast because before you know it, their shield is gone based on experience whenever I use him on the sim universe 🥹 Disclaimer: these are just based on my opinion and experiences using these characters

Aventurine has made my experience in HSR the best. LOL, he does really good damage, he shields are good. If you have patient to farm for his relic, and have his LC its worth it. Mine at e3 and honestly sad i couldn't get to e6 due to lack of funds but thats gonna be for the next time he runs....

I built mine as a pure tank and he still does good damage for a tanker unit

You do not need to build damage on Aventurine, his damage is negligible anyway if you don’t have his signature or some crack relics, especially if you’re running the knight sets. The main utility of his FuA is how good it is at doing weakness damage. So his “hard to build” con isnt even a con at all. He doesn’t need speed boots, he doesn’t need regen rope, all he need is DEF relics to be up and running and those relics are usually the ones that are completely useless on other characters anyway, he is BY FAR the easiest sustain to build.

Actually 3500 defense stats is enough to sustain so I just replace my orb with imaginary and crit body. Energy regen and speed stats are not that much needed even if you build him Hybrid. he deals up to 15k basic, 30k FUA and 70k ultimate with Ruan Mei and Topaz on team which is decent damage while sustaining your team

This. I was kinda confused on why he recommended speed boots like that is just wrong. Every guide from the CN community only called for def boots as speed is unnecessary just as err rope is useless with his energy thresholds. That being said if you have acheron you're farming pioneer anyways and most carries actually like pioneer rn as you are always running with some kind of debuffer like pela bs or sw (obviously unless you are running 4pc quantum). Pioneer is a SOLID domain to farm rn and you can honestly sac imaginary sphere for def% while running pioneer and that is better than running knights with imaginary sphere. His dmg is actually pretty significant when you get up to decent crit ratios and absolutely worth the investment assuming your main carries don't need the crit values more.

Another comment btw my aventurine has a better crit ratio than my dps💀 thanks to those body,boots,orb,rope having crit rate and dmg every single one of them..... and most players actually use 2 piece 2 piece instead instead of KoPP for aventurine as they know that cavern is absolutely trash in efficiency

People underestimate the avg dmg increase FX's 12% crit rate provides, she can add over 100k per cycle to an Acheron team just through this crit rate. Still less than Avent's damage contribution, but FX can be situationally pretty close.

I only have Fuxuan from limited sustains and I do use her a LOT. I main DOT team and crit team, but starting to invest into a FUA team. My plan is to skip Aventurine to able to guarantee Topass and RobIn (maybe Butthill too) and get HuoHuo on her rerun. The logic for it is as follow: FuXuan is great for crit and FUA team, while Aventurine is more for FUA only. Then for my DOT team of Kafka, Swan and Ruan Mei HuaHua would the best choice and I really need sustain with proper cleanse for moments where Fuxuan, or aventurine's preventive abilities are not anough. Plus we can see what hoyo will do and if Aventurine will still be a premium choice for FUA team on his rerun.

I got aventurine accidentally at 26 pity when I did 1 pull. I was very surprised but I honestly think it was the best accident ever cuz he hasn't left my team since, he replaced bailu in an instant and he made me pull topaz to get the full FuA team which is such a satisfying team to use. I use guinaifen in that team too for the constant debuffs and its great.

im pretty sure that luocha has use against the ipc fatty robot since he has aoe buff strip that removes their performance points.

@@LucasGomes-ng2go the thing about that is that it's not unique to him since Gallagher can do that too and huohuo cleanses all, while adven and fuxuan can resist it

The main reason why I prefer Luocha is that his ultimate can remove buffs from enemies which is awesome.

I have a 80/220 ratio with his LC and like, the damage definitely isnt bad for a sub dps role ig but yeah its nothing to hard farm over. I just think its more fun to give him some damge since his shields are usually more than enough without full defense.

As someone who has Aventurine E1 and Huo huo I'm not sure if Fu Xuan is worth it. But I do need help in swarm disaster though. And I was told she's good for that. Is there any other units that can help with that or am I fine with what I got.

Like the video said, for simulated universe content Aventurine is king. Don't need to pull for Fu Xuan if that's your objective since she would get oneshot in difficulty 5 onwards

at E0 with " perfect timing" 4* lightcone Luocha is an absolute staple. At E2 provides also ATK buff within the healing circle and can dish out some good damage, totally worth the investment over time.

I have Fu Xuan, and she's amazing, but when damage does come through, her heals just aren't enough. And I think I need a 5 star sustain for MoC second team. Aventurine's banner is gone now, and also Luocha's. I have Fu Xuan, so hopefully Huohuo is coming up soon. (Been using Fu Xuan in my Kafka DOT team.)

Ok now that I had returned to this, I remember absolutely getting wrecked by the DOT that the enemies inflicted upon me.

When it comes to my play style I usually go for more support tank like builds than damage. So I do want fu Xuan but I'm not risking 80 pity to get her. If she doesn't come home early I'm saving for jade.

Fu Xuan still the best for me. I’ve yet to find a team I like Aventurine more in yet. HuoHuo is up there next to Fu Xuan as well. If oneshots aren’t an issue and the team can benefit from her attack and energy then she’s goated. Fu Xuan>=HuoHuo>Aventurine>Luocha.

If the enemies are already quantum weak you're better off w another buffer/debuffer bcs the only thing sw does outside of weakness implant is the def shred, which comes up slowly and is single target

because Seele procs her talent after using her ult, and Seele damage is only good when her talent is active(+80% damage and +20% Res Pen), with Tingyun on the team Seele will pretty much have 100% uptime on the tallent and be allways able to reset, unlike with Silver which is not helping with the minion killing part which is the core of Seele's kit.

Luocha is the best in slot for one DPS definitely- Jingliu. The instant heal up in the damage she deals to the team is the best handling any sustainer can do for her.

Fu xuan is better for single target burst damage while aventurine is a lot better for aoe damage. Fu xuan has a tendency to just instadie in really big aoe attacks or have her hp slowly widdled down whereas a massive burst can sometimes break through aventurines shields but fu xuan can easily tank.

Honestly aventurine lc is good only if you wanna do damage or use him with Acheron. But honestly that’s not a must have lc, very easy to build even without.

I’m so lucky that o got all of them on their first banner and early as well

I’m in the same boat. Think who is your main damage dealer. Who would they benefit from the most. And pull on that banner. Also, any shiny new character will get a rerun before those with 2 re-runs. So skip adventurine and see if you still want him later. Good luck. Hope this helps

u will definitely regret skipping aven, if u are still missing 2 sustainers they should be your top priority , FX CANT help u clear all content as she gets one shotted in GnG and its much better to slot another buffer/dps units in PF than going with her she does nothing right there, aventurine is immortal in GnG due to his shields and preservation blessings buffs, he definitely able to help u in PF as he can be built as a sup dps and his dmg is really good for a sustainer and his toughness breaking is really high due tp his FUA + 110 ultimate’s energy cost not to mention he can be more sp positive than FX and she already started to struggle against newer enemies and aven sustain capabilities is better than her Huohuo on the other hand is also insanely good, she has atk/energy buffs + infinite cleanses + continuous healing , her cleanses are extremely good she can cleanse when your character turns begin or whenever any of your teammates uses his ultimate she will cleanses other ally who is below 50% hp immediately , i cant remember how many times huohuo saved my ass aven and huohuo both should be your top priority, no one is capable of what aven/huohuo can do bcz their alternative ends up being much worser in practice

cleanse or cc resist is situational chioce. Cleansing imprisonment doesn't help with delayed action, so enemies like decaying shadow basically turn huo huo into a mere healer. Fu Xuan's CC resist does not prevent application of other debuffs like spd/def reduction or dots. Aventurine's Effect res is also useless agains enemies with high base chances, like true stings. However it can act like middle value between cc resist and cleansing. Jack of all trades yet master at none

No, if you have all three already then you’re winning, if you are fighting a boss like Sam that can deal damage through shields and counters both fu xuan and aventurine being able to use huo huo to fight him is really good, it also depends on the team, if you want to use dot huo huo is the best, FuA teams is where aventurine thrives and fu xuan for mono quantum, they all have a place

As someone who had huohou and FX, I don't regret pulling for aventurine at all. I am however someone who wants to build all the team archetypes that I can and I wanted to make the IPC robin team so I pulled him specifically for that reason. That being said I think aventurine is far easier to build than the vid gave credit for, you can get def% boots, and rope and he sustains just fine even in my case on 4pc divers. His dmg even in a ratio hypercarry team without topaz is still super noticable.

Uh no. Aventurine also wants effect res which is the same as every other sustainers. Hp/def% speed effect res. Huo huo fu xuan don't need anything else to do their job. Aventurine NEEDS crit stats if you want his follow up to do anything so he is objectivily the hardest to build because crit stats are harder to get. Every one is easy to build if you just do the bare miniuim. His damage is apart of his kit you can choose not to focus on but that doesn't mean it goes away for other people building him. Trying getting def% pieces with speed and crit stat rolls, you'll see how insanely hard it is.

Its like saying pela is hard to build since her kit is built to do a bunch of damage. Just no it isn’t worth it for her purpose and can be straight up ignored. Also you don’t really need effect res since he already gives himself cc res in his talent iirc so its only really necessary on the other characters in your team. Also hp is absolutely useless on him and does nothing idk why you mentioned that.

Personally aventurine is the best. I’d rather never lose hp than losing less hp or getting healed. He fits perfectly with my play style. I’m going to get Huo Huo on her rerun though . Clearing moc12 or other endgame modes are a bit tough for me to deal with lynx .

My huohuo has 8k hp and 150 hp, She can literally get me through anything 😭🙏(I also have e1 and sig lc)

i know luocha is just a healer no argues there but you did forget he removes a buff from every enemy with his ult and that ult isn't expensive again I Know this won't change huohuo is a bit better

I believe fu xuan as huo huo's skill point management along with dhil's crazy sp consumption you will be facing issues where as fu xuan is very sp positive with only 1 skill use per 3 turns also the crit rate is nice

DHIL most popular team is Sparkle, Huohuo, and Tingyun. If you have Sparkle, Huo is undoubtedly the best for DHIL.

Huo Huo isn't the weakest (I can't believe people say she's equal to or worse than Luocha), when she literally has the most loaded kit in terms of offense and defense utility. The only people who have a problem with Huo Huo are people, who in my estimation, quite literally have a skill issue. It's always the same remark," I can't play her like Luocha". Which is to say "I can't play carelessly and have next to no consequences, because Luocha usually saves me." I have never gotten close to death with Huo Huo on my team. In my estimate she's tied with Fu Xuan and Aventurine. And she is unequivocally better than Luocha.

forgot ghallager, tbh hes a really good sustain as he decreses enemy attack, heals a lot, and is a 4 star.

I skipped adventure time because I have gepard. And I used all my gems on archetype. Then Robin took my jade stash. So yeah. Gepard is the goat.

Imagine using only one sustain loll Aven + Luocha is basically immortal (also that one Sunday lc and the free Firefly lc work rlly well as f2p options in Aven - Sunday's lc increases def by a certain % and Firefly's increases def based on the amount of shielded characters)

It's situational, FX can handle single target 1 shots super well whereas aventurine handles the aoe super well. The only case aventurine outclasses FX is C12 Gng as even Diff 5 sd is comfortable with FX solo sustaining. That mostly comes from aventurine just benefiting SO much more from most of the blessings in the game and he is probably the most versatile SU unit in the game. In MOC 12 there is no case where your FX is getting hundred to 0'd from a big aoe, if she is then your relics just suck lol. I agree that aventurine is like 5% better than FX overall as far as sustain goes, but there is BARELY any difference.

My ranking is aventurine > fu xuan > huohuo Huohuo's fantastic but i would never bring her as my sole sustain in g&g or swarm disaster whereas fu xuan and especially aventurine are extremely effective in those modes I'd still put all three in the same tier though and probably luocha in a tier below

Adding to FX’s cons. If your FX doesn’t have her sig lc, she’ll struggle to sustain long drawn out battles. Basically she can’t. Also, you need a good balance of ER and HP on her. Because if she can’t recover her own HP, she’ll die. ^^ I’ve discovered this is the previous MOC. Replaced with luocha and no one died. Because luocha can replenish everyone’s HP while FX can only do so using her ultimate. Make with this what you will.

Aventurine is already the overall best sustain, and the upcoming follow up meta hes gonna be absolutely insane
