After living in rejection for years and not finding a reason, I found my answers in your sermon the gift of rejection. I have followed your teachings ever since. I also suffered mother wounds

Congratulations for your first episode. You are one of my favorite female preachers. Your testimony touched my heart, and loosing your dad that early age, been exposed for assault. You faced the most difficult conditions. However You came out stronger, inspiring to others. He picks the broken peace and makes whole again. More blessings to you and your families ❤️🌹

In a world where we struggle to only show the very best of our lives and even pretend it's so when that's not the case; here you are being utterly vulnerable and sharing such difficult times of your life. Thank you so much for being yourself, your true and entire self.

What an AMAZING testimony. I love the topic: Mother Hunger, it is a topic that is so lost. I too have experienced mother hunger. Although my mother is still alive, I was never raised by her, have been rejected by her, and verbally and emotionally abused by her over and over again. It impacts so many areas of our lives and is a lifelong hunger, experience, trauma. Up until recently when Kirk Franklin did his episode- Father's Day, I tried to have a relationship with my mother. That episode taught me how to let go, I forgive her, however if you are not willing to acknowledge my experience and the effect your behavior has had in my life- then I can love you from a distance. I love your vulnerability in these first 2 episodes, may God continue to bless you and allow your life to continue to give God glory!

Nona, you probably don't know this, but years ago, I was terribly struggling in a pit and sent you an email thanking you for your work with F&P. Your sweet self sent the most encouraging, beautiful reply that I read regularly. It reminds me that I am worthy of an AUTHOR'S personal response!! 😊 You matter like that, Lady! God bless you! Just stumbled on this series in my saved folder and I'm grateful all over again. Thank you for persevering and for being brave enough to share-- your story is so important. You are loved. ❤

That's beautiful, how your dad was so determined to make his imprint on you through creating those memories for you! The severe traumas our parents have faced that have made them live in survival mode and continue to perpetuate cycles of abuse, it's a lot to unpack. Those experiences you faced Nona - mind-blowing 🤯I hate that Satan uses trauma to initiate kids. Thanks for sharing Nona! You have inspired me for the past 2 years to also unpack my story, heal and start using that to inspire others ❤

Thank you for being so transparent and allowing your life to speak life to people. I ran across your message about rejection and it spoke so much life into me at a time of trying to navigate grief of losing my 28 year old only son. God allowed so many people to be pruge out of my life where rejection was so loud. Your message brought healing and has been bringing me back to loving life in a different way. Prayfully I will one day meet you to thank you 🙏🙏🤗 May God continue to bless you and fill your cup. Kimberly Redd 💙

Eyes haven’t seen, ears haven’t heard, all that God has for you. If I was asked to put a scripture to your NEW channel, I would use Revelation 12:11. Thank you for sharing your story. Thank you for sharing - it was good to hear the good and the not so good - I often hear ppl say " God told me" - which brings me to the question - can we all hear clearly from God - and how do we get there ? I often wonder am I deaf to the voice of God ? hopefully or maybe you will address this question in one of your episodes 😊

Nona Jones such an awesome testimony. I heard you acknowledge the people that spoke into your life. That is vitally important that we remember to build up peoples spirit not tear them down. We have no idea what people may be going through and we don’t know how God is going to use them!!!
