Nik Xhelilaj has won many awards for best actor, is known internationally (especially in Central Europe and Germany) and clearly has more to offer. The problem is that he has an ethnic and, above all, an emotional relationship with Turkey and apparently does not have a quality manager who would find him quality and attractive roles. He has no one to tell him not to treat himself so disrespectfully. This is the problem of all actors from the former Eastern bloc and from the Balkan countries.
