Who Is More Corrupt: Barcelona or Real Madrid?
The latest rendition of El Clasico has brought about a lot of conversation about the corruption in La Liga, this time, it’s Barcelona who appear to be the victims. But are they any different from their rivals or are they just as corrupt? We’ll find out today.
To be fair to them, a lot of decisions went against them in their loss to Real Madrid. The penalty awarded to Vasquez was soft, but Barcelona themselves were denied penalties for fouls on Yamal and Fermin Lopez.
There was also the big issue of Yamal perhaps having scored, but the lack of goal line technology in the league and inability of VAR to find a good angle made the ref rule the goal out.
But football fans on social media have told Barcelona fans to take it on the chin because they’ve also benefited from awful refereeing decisions in the past, and that’s very true. But of these two Spanish juggernauts, who is more corrupt?

I still remember the disgusting daylight Real Madrid robberies against Bayern 2016/17 semifinal, Juventus 2016/2017 UCL final, Bayern again in 2017/18 quarter-final and then against Liverpool 2017/18 UCL final. And no one talks about it anymore these days. But everyone still talks about Uefalona to this day.

The Casemiro incident and 2 Ronaldo offside goals (because of one Neuer broke his foot and has never been the same ever since) were not the only 2 awfully wrong decisions that went against Bayern in that fixture. And let's not forget 2017/18 against Bayern with 2 Real Madrid handballs that the referee didn't call.

It's just a case of 'make it look good' 😂 they allow a few injustices to make things appear legit, the entire Messi Era Barca was known as UEFALONA and right now Barca doesn't have enough money to keep up with the bribes and so even La liga President right now is favouring Real Madrid who by the way is no saint. I like how you mentioned the doping allegations in Barca without mentioning it. You forgot the likes of Andriy Shevchenko's disallowed goal vs Milan in 2006 UCL semifinal 2nd leg, Diego Miliito's offside goal with Inter in 2010 UCL semifinal 1st leg and Thiago Motta's red card on the return leg of that match, and Pepe's harsh red card in 2011 El Clasico UCL semifinal 1st leg. Oh yeah, and even the women's team didn't escape this corruption more recently in the Champions League semifinal. You can see why this women's team of Chelsea got robbed at the Stamford Bridge leg, after their 1st leg win at Barcelona's ground, after yet another harsh referee decision, this time a non-existant red card 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
