I think some of comments here are a bit rough, & i dont think the narrator is saying that the secular artist are not worthy of GOD, but it’s good to be cautious, it’s good to be wise…I think that Sister Mercy has the maturity & anointing not to be influenced by the secular artist, but be the light & influencer, now for others this may not be the case, & yes it is strange for secular artist to be involved like this but those overseeing may have a greater vision…regardless The Couple should be wise & careful cover their marriage at the same time be THE LIGHT OF JESUS!!!

One thing I have discovered in my long work with God is that He does not align with the will of men. He always wants us to discover His own will for us. If the the union is not God's joining, there's going to be asunder or turbulence. True Christians must not make sensitive choices with their natural eyes.

It's well with both of them in Jesus Christ name amen. Remember children of God we are in God himself time that is fixing things and only for those that can feel it even though he's real or not but God has a reason to put him or allow them to be together side of this woman of God. I believe that Mercy Chinwo is a responsible called out God fearing gospel artist. She will not go back to the world after tasting and seeing how good God is. She is sold out to Jesus and she loves Him to much oo. I believe that the secular artist will follow and not the other way around. She will continue to win souls for her saviour. She is both anointed and approved by the Master. Continue to pray for her and I will as well.

She is God's choice for pastor Blessed and the church is God's church and He(God), alone knows best how to run it to get and save souls. So let's leave that to God Almighty.

Let me take us back to the book of Genesis when God had to destroy the world because the fallen Angels came and saw the daughters of men looking beautiful and they established relationships with them. And the question God asked was for how long will His spirit wrestle with flesh? And then came destruction. To be a pastor or gospel artist is no guarantee that you will be saved on the last day. Doing the will of God is what matters. Only God sees the hearts of people and knows those who have not truly been called by HIM. As King solomon wrote in the book of Ecclesiastes, that the end of everything is better than its beginning. In other words if Mercy's husband is not ministering under the influence of the holy spirit or began and now is like the fallen Angel's in his heart as he relates with the worldly stars, then the end shall justify the means. When we pray to God about anything, we need also wisdom to know how to go about it. Mercy knows where God took her from (the world) and then to worshipping HIM through gospel music. She should be matured to know what she has gotten into. But I hope her story ends well for the glory of God. For what a man sows, he shall reap. God cannot be mocked.

Let the holy Spirit direct her what to do

I want to believe she was led by God Himself to this marriage, so her being there is for a purpose "which is soul winning". Besides; all the mentioned circular songs she sang then... "were not hers" but the selected songs for the competition (Nigerian idol) in 2012 back then in her 100 level.
