My Karen story: I was delivering Girl Scout cookies with my daughter. We pulled in front of a house for the delivery, and I was getting the order ready. My daughter hopped out of the van and accidently dropped a soda bottle. It was then that Karen opened the front door, yelled at us for parking there and told us to pick up the garbage that was dropped (we were going to anyway). She got really embarrassed when she realized we were delivering her order.

Even if you’ve done nothing wrong, merely disturbing the airspace around them is enough to trigger their rage!

Today, we will be studying the wild Karen. They are found usually in the streets where people are riding bikes or walking dogs, and grocery stores that require masks.

My karen story is this: this lady came in, claiming that she had an order that she was there to pick up. (For context I work at Casey's, and we make pizza.) Well there was no order there. We suggested maybe she had accidentally called the store across town, but she insisted that it was here. She eventually stormed out and was gone for literally not even 5 minutes when she came back in, demanding her pizza, saying it wasn't at the store (it takes about 25 minutes to get to the other store, mind you). There was one other store we suggested but she didn't want to call them. We told her that we could make an order for her now, but she was having none of it. She left and 30 minutes later called the store 3 times trying to get a free pizza!!!

Ironically one of my best Karen experiences was while working at a gun store. Also Ironically it was May the 4th and I had my Saberforge lightsaber on my hip. No I did not draw the lightsaber but after dealing with a Catagory 4 (hurricane) Karen for about 10 minutes I told her "you know what ma'am. I've been nice until now. You know what though? You can F**k off now." To which she of course immediately yelled for me to get a manager which I did if form of our gunroom manager. She told him what I said and he turned and asked if I DID say that. I said with no shame "Yeah." To which he said "Oh" then looked back at her with a big smile and said "F**k off" before walking back to our gun storage room. Taken aback, she tried once more to make a bigger scene but before my manager could turn and say anything I told her "well we could always call the police on this. An irrate person in a Federally licensed firearms dealer making threats. Yeah, I hear felony charges are fun. Wanna see?" She then gave what I would call a frustrated roar and stormed out being laughed at by clearly unintimidated customers and employees as she left. My favorite defeat of a Karen I have.

Not sure if I have anything to add, but I do have to give congrats to who you got to provide Karan's voice, they got tonality of a karan perfect.

I had deal with Karen on more then occasions but favorite one has to be a when my store ran out of propane tanks that day (I work at Home Depot.) and trying to explain to her for 30 minutes why we ran out and why we don’t know when the next shipment is coming, we even went to the cages where we keep the propane tanks and showed her that none of them have the blue cap on it. No blue cap means empty. It was a great feeling of walking away and ignoring her.

For me, I have noticed that Karens get aggressive very quickly, even when you are trying to help them. They also accuse people of doing something in order to get them in trouble.

I encountered a Karen who always rides a home made electric scooter that looks to be made by a 4 year old and she loves cursing, raising her voice, and following me around

2 stories. I was at a rock shop in Arizona, when a woman and her around 16 yr old son walked in without a mask when the sign was clearly marked; "WEAR A MASK!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!". I was sitting down outside, and i saw her walk in then immediately walk out again. My brother told me that she shouted at the people in the store bc they were wearing masks. She then took a video of her saying; When I file a class action lawsuit, you'll go to jail, have fun with that. Then says to me: Aw sweetie, take that mask off it doesn't do anything.(Btw in a class action lawsuit you get money, not send people to jail. #2: I was walking down my street, and a woman came up to me and said; "HEY YOU! DO BLACK LIVES MATTER?" Of course I said yes, and at the time I didn't realize but she had a hat that said: WHITE LIVES MATTER! Also both karens were: Blonde, middle aged, and easily agitated!

Being a child, once I was in a grocery store, and I was going to the cereal isle with my brother. There was only one box left, and we clearly grabbed it first. Then a karen just came up to me and started saying "give me the cereal box" repeatedly. and when I told her no, she started screaming and hissing a fit and this conflict ended with me cursing her out and a ton of embarrassment because being lectured and ranted on by a 12 yr old isn't really good for one's reputation.

The Karen I know OWNS a wine store

In my school, one of the staff in my class are a Karen and she is always blaming everything on me. Also when someone picks a fight with me, the Karen automatically blames it on me. When I called her out on it, she was like “GO TO DETENTION NOWW!!”

So I ran into a Karen before in my line of work. I'm a service man that simply delivers to households and provides preventive maintenance on certain equipment. I simply came to a house, and ran short on a filter due to the fact that everyone wanted them (alot of people). The experience was thrilling as she totally had to throw her title, "I'm an assistant of one of the best lawyers in the midwest, and I'm married to him, one simple call..." and I simply said "okay, so that means you guys want the best service, I get that, so let me schedule a courtesy call to come and change out the filter." I then proceeded to go and sell her on a couple more ideas, and because of her nasty attitude about how I didnt have everything, I continued and continued. So when the service tech came out to do the things I couldn't because I was short on supplies on my truck, the bill went from $50, to $200. And see it was great knowing that I kept calm the entire time, and then knowing that they simply thought they should get the best of everything. But jesus the entitlement of being married to the best lawyer in the midwest.... the idea of simply threatening me with that.... seriously made me not even care about what the bill was gonna be. The best way to evaluate my feeling for her and her husband and three kids (kids dont know what's going on clearly they're just to young) Is just I do not care of how "entitled" they are. Your gonna sue for not having a filter on my truck... I literally couldn't understand. If said event were to happen where I would be brought to court for not having a filter on my truck to sell to a customer for service, I would probably be sent to the insane asylum for simply laughing the entire time because I didnt want to hurt their feelings after I would absolutely cuss them out like the person I am off the job...

You forgot to mention that a Karen's final weapon is to throw a temper tantrum as a last resort. Side note: I'm glad that you didn't put the Ace of Spades in there because I would have cried

One time at my target I walked into a row of shelves and was yelled at by a Karen on the other side of the shelves.

My Karen story: I worked in a call center 2 years ago. I had a Karen call in and all she'd say is to give her a credit on her account. When I tried to ask her what was going on, she just repeated to give her a credit or she'd go to social media. I checked her records, she had no issues, no mishandled cases etc. So I explained yet again that I needed an explanation as to what was going on and why she felt entitled to some credit. She repeated her threat. This went on for about 10 minutes before I finally just said Karen, you won't even bother to tell me what's going on, you just keep threatening to take to social media if I don't give you free money, and you won't even give me the courtesy of telling me why so I can at least follow the proper protocols and maybe give it to you. But now I won't be doing that, because you refuse to act like an adult. Good day, thank you for contacting X. My boss let me have it for saying all that because it wasn't how we handle shitty customers but at that point they would punish even if we did do the proper procedure for irate customers and they were being incredibly hostile so I was like whatever. Surprisingly didn't get fired for that one.

I once defeated a fully armed and operational Karen at work by channelling the dark side and creating the 8th combat style which is called "Sarki-git" and relies on subtly aggressive manoeuvres that fly right over any and all Karen's head rendering them defenceless and humiliated.

Karen Experience: So me and some other ppl went to a Lego celebration event to celebrate that it Lego was turning 50, and since it was near Halloween if your came dressed up in a costume you'd get a Lego minifigure blind bag.
