So naturally, he wants things to fail. Because that is how he makes his billions. But things just don't fall that often so what you do is create chaos artificially. Which hits the economy. Boom you just made billions. It is that simple. It is up to you if you like him or not. But you know what he doesn't care about you. He just wants to make billions.
