773 p DC cinematic didn't take their time to build their universe the way marvel comics did...movies were rushed, characters were not well fleshed out, and production was just horrible....my fear is that they won't be able to fix their past mistakes and this would ultimately affect future characters from being good interpretations or visualizations

Bruh.... they showed him way to early, like literally at the first ever justice league movie (the snyder cut one) and made him so weak that even arrows can peirce his body. Kratos Craken Thanos was mediocre in comics...in movies He’s actually awesome. But yea Darkseid was much more well thought out. However, in “Infinity Gauntlet,” Thanos took on a cosmic form, abandoning his body, similar to that of Darkseid’s true form

Galactus wasn't exactly unaffected; he WAS obliterated. But Galactus is a fundamental force of the universe, so he simply immediately reformed.

@Exar kun The dark side cosmic entity lmao I saw the FULL movie and I was wrong, I thought it was darkseid in the first one where he went against the old gods and was disappointed how he got sht on by gods he considers ants in the comics, which is when I typed that comment saying he was a joke, but I found out that that wasn’t even Darkseid darkseid, that was Uxas which was like Hal without his ring, but even so it took the old gods teaming up to beat him. It was at the second half where darkseid did look badass.

The older PC Darkseid was actually more powerful than Superboy Prime. The modern versions of Darkseid are weaker than Superboy Prime.

Yeah but darkseid is only using his avatar, he never dies, he's 4th dimensional being. Darkseid lives outside the multiverse and it has recently been revealed that all the times Darkseid fought with the justice league and killed or got killed by heroes, it wasn't true Darkseid. He sent his weak avatars as he never considered he himself was needed to beat Justice league. So Justice league hasn't been able to beat the real Darkseid till this date. Actually, he sends his Avatars because the Multiverse cannot contain his power, True Darkseid cannot enter the Multiverse, if he does, he will instantly destroy it.

@Bob Joe true form darkseid is not a physical body, it’s a spiritual essence and his power should be beyond around anti monitor or better. His essence can be easily remove just like what Superman did, but for a power gap, darkseid should be unstoppable. True form darkseid is multiversal powerful, but easy to kill. His power should be the reason why he’s the final villain for the final crisis instead of anti monitor, who’s only a villain for a while before the final crisis. For my view on reboot comics of new 52, I think when true form darkseid died, I think the small piece of his true form fragment created the avatar darkseid and then that avatar darkseid is the only darkseid exist for the new 52, making him the new 52 darkseid.

The user needs to activate it and Darkseid is far from being a complete moron to let Thanos use it's full power.
