i think their pureness and just innocence attracted a lot of people, including me. it’s certainly refreshing to see a group like this so popular nowadays. not a group that discusses inappropriate topics, like sex and drugs or whatever (all u expensive girl fans shush), it’s shown that they discuss more deep topics. it ranges from mental illnesses, known to be discussed by suga is his raps, to love, to teaching people to love themselves and even to more political things like the Korean education system, in an early song of theirs, ‘n.o’. it just gives you a refreshing feeling seeing people like this. people who genuinely love their fan base more than anything, try to show it as much as they can and their fan base loves them back. the promote positive things and have even spoken in front of world leaders about their campaigns and such. it’s amazing to see people like this thriving, and them being Korean makes it better bc they get a lot of shade from mostly English speakers, who say they’re gay or look like girls or can’t rap or sing or ask why you’d listen to them if u can’t understand the language. as u said music is universal, and BTS emphasises that point a lot. in songs like first love, never mind, the truth untold and epiphany, you can feel the emotion in their voices even if u don’t know what they’re saying and that’s something we don’t see a lot today. them coming from a conservative country like Korea may have an impact on the fact that they’re not going around doing things that a lot of artists that are shown in the media do, but overall BTS is a group of 7 men who just really wanna make people happy and inspire them, personally, i think that’s great

People usually mention they don't know a lot about Jin but I'm glad u said u wanted to know more about him. As u saw Jin was studying acting before entering BTS. He wasn't a singer nor a dancer but nowadays he's an incredible dancer and one of the most stable singers in the band. He was even praised by the Grammy that said he had a silver voice. He already graduated from a prestigious university in Korea and he's studying his master degree. Jin is usually seen as the funny of the group but he mentions that he doesn't like to show fans a sad side that's why he's always cheerful and funny. He seems like a happy person but he's also a hardworking guy and u can tell by all the improvement he has had. He used to practice a lot more than the other members and the results are shown now. Even Jungkook has said its time for him to be recognized as main vocalist too . Seokjin is also good at sports like snowboarding, swimming, golf, etc. And he loves fishing too. He was a very shy guy but he built his confidence thanks to his talent and Army's support that's why u can see a completely different guy nowayds. Of course Jin's looks are no joke and he usually gets tons of articles because of his beauty. Jin is also known because of his kind and friendly personality. Everybody that meets him mention he's so humble and well mannered. We are waiting for his debut as an actor too!! Hope u can read this things about him :3

I might have missed it but I didn't see anyone comment the RM songs you were asking for in the beginning. The first one was - Do You The second one was - Joke These are both from his first mixtape. The third one with Wale is - Change (all in English) RM actually released his second mixtape (or playlist as he calls it last year) called Mono. It wasn't out at the time of this video but it's one of my favorite albums from the past year. It's all very "chill" and "vibey" music. My 3 favorite songs from it are Tokyo, Seoul, and Moonchild.
