I loved BeWhy's journey to the top in Show me the money. He is such a good rapper! Challan is Korean, it means glorious, radiant, splendid. It is often used to describe someone when they are successful, in the spotlight, at the peak of their game. BeWhy is at the top of the ladder when it comes to Korean rap. Since BeWhy often includes his religious background in his songs it can also be a reference to how God put him at the top.

@@lustwaffe9000 There are Korean rappers who like to mix in other languages too. Some underground rappers use Latin, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese along with Korean. So get yourself educated before you post a nasty comment that only shows your ignorance.

BeWhy is soo talented ☺️ I really recommend his song 나의땅 (Korea Ura). Very emotional and Korea pride!

bewhy is definitely one of the most, if not the most, musically talented rapper in korea. no one has the range he has

@@Random-qi3vv Due to he wasn't only involved in creating hip hop tracks, it hard to answer your question. His discography include a lot of different genre. Same as GD, BTS aren't that hip hop by the way, just because they rap and had songs that has rap in it doesn't mean they're like hip hop legend although I really like many of their solos especially Suga's and RM's. I would agree if you're saying they're the top boy group in this era but if you're saying they're the top in hip hop, not really. Hip hop isn't just about rap anyway. I am not saying GD is rap God, just that the way he rap, his flow, his lyrics and rhymes was something only he had. Uniquely his.

Korean rapping is just incredible. I don't know if this is true in Japanese or Chinese rapping scene, but breakthrough in Korean rapping is in mixing of Korean and English to achieve one thing that had been mixing in Korean rapping which is rhyming words. Mixing English to Korean made the rhyming so natural and easy to enjoy Korean rapping even though you don't understand the language.

Also Koreans aren’t trying to look like caucasean people this has nothing to do with white people at all. Koreans associate having a more pale skin tone with beauty because historically speaking women with a more pale and fair skin tone were regarded to be the most beautiful and this beauty standard isn’t limited to Korea either. The most obvious example I can think of on the spot would be the Japanese geisha’s who have been around since the samurai era at the very least if not longer ( my knowledge is very limited here but you get my point)
