It’s a worldwide problem when it comes to drugs. The drug issues started by the British occupation in China and India. Than the US military was testing on the US service members,cocaine was not considered drugs during the 1930s in the US.

Yes exactly US service was trying out what hitler was doing with his military except he was using cocaine. And definitely supply and demand will always win. USA will continue to fund cartels and arm them. There is enough money to pay corrupt officials especially in today’s economy. They are making millions literally after paying off so many to make it all happen and work. From México to us government, politicians etc. Any weapon any technology USA has they have.
