As stated earlier, Imam An-Nasai lived in Egypt for a long time. It is true that his popularity reached every corner of the Muslim world but at the same time, there was a particular group of people who were jealous of the Imam. In order to avoid any conflict, the Imam migrated to Damascus around 302 Hijri. Damascus was the capital of the Umayyad Dynasty for a long time and the Kharejis (the extremist group) also had influence in that region. As a result, the Imam noticed that the people of Damascus have grown some distorted and hostile beliefs about Ali Ibn Abi Talib. In order to correct the peoples’ creed, the Imam wrote a book called ‘Characteristics and Virtues of Ali ibn Abi Talib’ in which Ali ibn Abi Talib was praised in the right manner. When the Imam recited his book to the people at the Masjid of Damascus, some people became agitated and asked the Imam about his views regarding Muwayiah ibn Abi Sufiyan. The Imam replied that there is a Marfu Hadith about Muwayiah which says the Prophet (ﷺ) once said: “May Allah never fill the belly of Muwayiah” but being a Companion of the Prophet (ﷺ) he may save himself by borderline. Such a response infuriated some extreme and overzealous fanatics who started to beat the Imam mercilessly. The Imam was brought to Makkah in critical condition and he died there in 303 Hijri. Imam An-Nasai was buried in a place between the mountains Safa and Marwa.

But basically A Sahabi was the one who followed the Holy Prophet before his death and continued to follow his orders after his death. So not everyone fulfills this condition. Those who really followed Holy Prophet I respect them as Sahabahs but not everyone is a Sahabi

Ibn ‘Abbas recalls: I was playing with the children, when Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam came so I hid behind a door. He came to me and patted be on the back saying, “Go and call Muawiyah for me.” I returned saying that he was eating. He again instructed me, “Go and call Muawiyah for me.” And again I came and said he was eating. At this Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “May Allah not fill his stomach.” Muslim includes this hadith under the chapter: Whoever Nabi salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam cursed, swore, or supplicated against and he was not deserving of the same, it will serve as a means of purification, reward, and mercy. Owing to this, Muslim begins this chapter with the supplication of Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam: اللهم إنما أنا بشر فأي المسلمين لعنته أو سببته فاجعله له زكاة و أجرا O Allah, I only but human. So whichever Muslim I have cursed or sworn, make it a means of his purification and reward. Another narration reads: إنما محمد بشر يغضب كما يغضب البشر و إني قد اتخذت عندك عهدا لن تخلفنيه فأيما مؤمن آذيته أو سببته أو جلدته فاجعلها له كفارة و قربة Muhammad is only human, he gets angry just as humans get angry. I have taken a covenant by You that You will not oppose. So any believer who I harm, or swear, or lash, make it a means for his expiation and proximity. Keeping in mind the chapters under which the ahadith have been documented is vital in understanding the ahadith. That is why al Nawawi explains: With regards his supplication against Muawiyah that Allah should not fill his stomach due to his prolongation, there are two answers. Firstly, the man was not deserving of this in the sight of Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala and in reality. However, externally his du’a’ will be accepted. Outwardly it will appear to him salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam his right to do this due to a shar’i sign whereas internally, he will not be deserving of it. Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam is commanded to judge on the external while Allah subhanahu wa ta ‘ala handles the secrets and that which is hidden. Secondly, this is not the objective. This is part of the Arab custom to add sentences into their speech without intention, for example: تربت يمينك May your right hand be turned to dust. ثكلتك أمك May your mother be bereaved of you. Similarly, in the hadith of Muawiyah, “May Allah not fill your stomach.” And other examples of a similar nature. The reality of the du’a’ is not intended. Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam feared that any such statement may receive divine acceptance so he implored his Rabb―the Mighty and Majestic―and entreated Him to make this a means of mercy, expiation, proximity, purification, and reward. This would happen to Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam very rarely. Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam was not prone to obscenity nor did he force himself to vulgarity, nor was he habitual in cursing, and nor did he take revenge for himself. They told him, “Curse Daws,” but instead he prayed, “O Allah, guide Daws.” And he supplicated, “O Allah, forgive my people for they do not know.”[1] May Allah shower his mercy on al Nawawi and gather him with the Sahabah of Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam for defending their honour. Ibn Hajar al Haytami has expressed similar sentiments.[2] When this was Rasulullah’s salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam attitude to the tribe of Daws who were disbelievers, then what must be his attitude towards Muslims? Ibn Hajar al Makki says, “Muawiyah would record wahi for Rasulullah salla Llahu ‘alayhi wa sallam. How remarkable is this lofty position.”[3]

All six of these Hadith compilers are from Persia. Why didn’t Arabs record their own Hadith books?

Why didn’t Imam Nasai speak about the hadiths that the prophet praised Muawiya r.a O Allah! Teach Mu'awiyah the Book and Math, and protect him from the Punishment. Hadrat Abu Idris Khawlani (Radi Allahu Anhu) states that when Hadrat 'Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) took the leadership away from 'Umayr bin Sa'ad (Radi Allahu Anhu) in the region of Hamas, and gave it to Hadrat Mu'awiyah (Radi Allahu Anhu). The people sarted questioning. To this, Hadrat 'Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) stated, "Think good of Mu'awiyah (Radi Allahu Anhu), because I have heard the beloved Messenger of Allah (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) say in supplication that 'Oh Allah! Let the people be guided through the means of Mu'awiyah'." Jaami' Tirmidhi, Vol. 3, Page 324 Al-Bidaya wa an-Nihaya, Vol. 8, Page 129 Sayyidah Ayesha Siddiqah (Radi Allahu Anha) narrated that the beloved Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) supplicated for Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah: اللهم اهده بالهدى واجنبه الردى، واغفر له في الآخرة والأولى O Allah lead him (Mu'awiyah) towards the guidance, protect him from the destruction, and forgive him in this wolrd and the hereafter. [Tabarani, Mu'jam al-Awsat, Vol. 1, Page 498, Hadith 1838]

@@shahsuhaan Yeah the fact is It's not allowed when it forms a layer on skin and prevent water from reaching skin(Necessary for Wudhu) But if the tattoo doesn't make layer it's all right (If the tattoo doesn't show a prohibited thing e.g a nude etc) For Example Gel liner ink makes layer while pen ink don't make layer.

Hadiths In Praise of Sahabas (ra) In Shia Books: 1. Qumi in his tafsir, “Tafsir Qumi” narrates from Abi Abdullah: “When the prophet (sws) was in the cave, he (sws) said to Abu Bakr (ra), “I see the ship of jaffar in the river with his companions. And likewise i see the ansar. Abubakr (ra) asked can i also see? The prophet (sws) said , “yes”. Abubakr asked how? The prophet did masah with his hands on abubakr’s eyes. Thus, abubakr saw what the prophet saw. Then, the prophet turned to abubakr and said, “You are siddique.” Tafsir Qumi, 1/289 2. Abdul azeem hassani narrates from Ali bin mohammad bin Ali al riza and he narrates from his father and granfather and they narrated from Hassan bin Ali (ra) that the prophet (sws) said: “ Abu bakr is beloved to me to the level of hearing, Umar to the level of sight and Uthman to the level of heart.” Alburhan 565, 4/564 3. Imam Reza (ra) was asked about the prophetic hadith, “My companions are like stars. Whomever you refer to, you’ll be guided.” Imam said, “This hadith is weak, but its meaning is inshallah correct.” Then he was asked about another prophetic hadith, “Leave my companions to myself. Do not annoy them. Do not slander them”. Imam (ra) said, “Its authentic.” Ayon Akhbar al reza lil-Qami 2/87

Obviously u won’t accept those who tells the truth. But what about Quran when Allah said follow the sahabas muhajireen? Are u going to reject the verse of Allah now?

Who said we didn't follow the Sahabah. Out argument is that not everyone who lived alongside the Prophet can be called a Sahabi. A sahabi was one who followed the Holy Prophet before his demise and after his demise

Out of the 6 books he mentioned only 2 are sahih’s, the other 4 are sunnan. And the people that attacked al imam al nisa’i were probably khawarij, people that are not from us.

Kharijites hate both Amir al-Mu'minin Ali ibn Abi Talib and Muawiyah, the son of the cursed Abu Sufyan, why should they beat "Al-Nasa'i" for not supporting Muawiyah? Were the Khawarij in Damascus or the followers of Muawiya and the Umayyads? Aren't you a supporter of Muawiyah and don't you say to him, may God be pleased with him?

You can have a permanent tattoo and ghusl and wazu is allowed on permanent tattoos only. The temporary tattoo which adds a layer above your skin, then in this case ghusl will not cleanse the area cuz of the extra layer. But the permanent tattoo doesnt add any layer. And if it is not permissible what about muslim girls having hinna design?

Sat there with tattoos talking about faith. Worst off he said something which got him cancelled by lots of shia scholars I believe he spoke in favour of the sunni narrative and that cursing companions and the prophets family is unjust and should not happen. Shiaism is clearly false one you talk more about Ali pbuh and hussian pbuh than the prophet Muhammed pbuh. 2 Allah swt clearly states call upon no other expect for me Allah swt. Yet shia call upon Ali pbuh Hussain pbuh fatimah pbuh. There's even a imam in the UK who has videos on KZread teaching how to pray and he like like other shia scholars says you have to call upon fatimah pbuh in your salat namaaz. Seriously a 5 year old could tell you this is wrong

Water down all the fardh acts bestowed upon muslims, & think that just by praising Imam Ali A.S you gonna enter heaven without even going near the hellfire, unfortunately christians also think the same. Fear Allah don't water down the deen of Nabi S.A.W.

@@HTrntrs dude thats not the problem of us thats your problem tell me from where all hadith of your caste have came from only Prophet sallallhualahiwaalihi, which are just greater then 6000, we Shia follows 14 moasoomeen our traditions come from 14 sources so we have huge sum of tradition. and after reading thousands of thousands traditions our scholars declares that in this mordern era is correct and what is wrong. for our scholars there not everything that they declare it as bidha and not very easy to declare something as bidha they study it and then they declare.
