Well I do feel for foakes he did nothing to deserve getting axed but in the end Baz and Ben made a promise to Bairstow that when fit he walks back in and they couldn’t drop brook so Foakes was the fall guy.

@@deathcrush9184 I'm ngl, there's genuinely more of an argument for Foakes to open the batting than Crawley - he's ranked higher in the test world rankings and has a better average... 🤣
My takeaways: 3 of the 5 most capped players train the most; the two with the best batting averages are the most cricket obsessed; Zak Crawley is bad at everything
