Pile 2 reasonates so much. I don’t believe in coincidences, this guy works at the same place as mine, though he has a higher position and came as a surprise to me. I always thought he was cute but was never really attracted to him because : blondes don’t attract me as much as brunette do (can we even say that for men?), and because of his higher position in our workplace I was like he will never look at me anyways, different backgrounds and ethnicities. I used to be focused on a coworker until a few months ago, I gave up because I know there won’t be anything between us other than friendship.. but he was still in my space. Putting his head on my shoulder almost everyday after we were done eating lunch (we eat with lots of colleagues), always laughing and stuff; I wasn’t looking around me, even if nobody was on my mind. Until that colleague was not at work for 2 weeks. That blonde guy I’m talking about suddently began to get my attention, it was like he waited for that coworker to be gone to show himself. Whenever he passed beside my table he was only looking at me. Then he began to play babyfoot with my group of coworkers I eat with. He never did that before.. he stood just before me and pretented to look around him and I wanted him to know I was looking at him because he thought I was still looking at my phone, so he had a bit surprised reaction. Other stuffs happened… Anyways just to say that yes someone was in his way. Everything happens for a reason, if that coworker wasn’t on sick leave I don’t think he would had my attention. My mind wasn’t there, I never once thought someone like him would even be attracted to me. He is so intense, quiet, intelligent (not to say I am not) and mature despite him being younger than me. No wonder he is the leader of a team. I will see what future will bring.. just hope he’s not taken or wasting my time. Hate this lovebombing and going away situations.
