Read and try to understand the message of Quran.. ponder over its meanings my sister. Read the seerah of Prophet (Peace be upon Him) and Sahaba Karaam R.A. Trust me only ALLAH can help us not this man. You can practice Islam even with low self esteem and make yourself better person انشاءاللہ

Doing the thing you are frightened of doing. Oh yes I know cowardice is worst ever thing we all face in our life Pray to Allah, ask him to grant you courage but the point is first you have to recognise the test you are in. I mean you might be in certain scenarios where you are opting for cowardice instead of courage and believe me Allah will grant you courage just ask him with sincerity. You might have a person in your family who you feel terrified of Tell'em about Islam, stop'em if they are violating the boundaries of Allah. ( Obviously with the Hikma and communicate in a good way)

All of ur advices are right for different scenario. thing is u just recongnize what it is and then do what makes u afraid..sometimes it's more about the confidence bcz u create so much boundaries for ur self that hold that courage.may Allah make it easy for all amen . JazakAllah all of u.

@@takoon6805 Wah kya logic hay apka.. if I have faced traumas in life which were not even my fault and ended up having depression and low self esteem then I am not allowed to practice Islam?.. Lol and who made you and mister Sahil the gatekeepers of this religion? Its through practicing Islam that I will انشاءاللہ be cured one day.. it will take time and efforts but ALLAH helps those who turn to HIM. ALLAH does not demand each and every person to be macho and highly knowledgeable to carry this deen forward. ALLAH has given each person certain capacities and HE Subhana hu wa Ta'ala only wants that person to try according to that capacity (at whatever level it is). Every person has some sort of different role to play in life while practicing Islam not everyone is the same. I pray to ALLAH that I may become successful in my life in fulfilling the purpose for which HE created me
