Lol - levan withdraw from practise pull just because his hand were pumped after pulling couple of guys on larry wheel channel🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 just to put things in sensible perspective what actually happened at KOTT4 - eddie hall, the strongest person on the planet withdrew from match for 6 months, and even after 6 months, in the match, he couldn't able to hold his arm up, while larratt on the other hand, after having this catastrophic injury, without ever uttering a word of complaint, continued in this unbearable condition. Neil pick up analysed this event in his podcast, devon didn't need to continue on after that but he still did for all the people across globe. as a matter of fact, everything after 2nd round means nothing. levan is considered the powerhub, but in spite of all of power and strength advantage, he was hanging on larrat arm, and yet he was unable to bury his arm and devon is half of his weight, touching his 50's Lolll 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 claiming a victory over opponent injury means simply nothing.

Jon B Well levan is that good. He’s on that monster dose which is awesome just won’t have the longevity as he toon it to the extreme. Levan put on 200 lbs in a couple years. Watch when he first got into arm wrestling. Same thing with Denis. The dude is awesome. Went to hulk levels of dosages and training and ruined his body. Same with Levan. Roids or whatever is all good in arn wrestling. Those 2 are super responders to peds. I’m fans of all 3. Larrat is a monster. Levan is just a monster right now.

Unsportsmanlike? Its called inserting drama to hype the fight and get more viewers and pay per views. Mcgregor does it, Mayweather does it, and thats why those guys are paid so much and people pay to watch them. Its because of the drama they create and the hype that comes with it. Devon is doing the exact same thing with armwrestling.

​@@allanbrunelle Contact sports are popular because a lot of people just want to see 2 opponents beat the crap out of each other and bleed all over the floor, so all this "drama" is just a gimmick and a lot of people couldn't care less, they just want to get right to the action. However, this isn't what Armwrestling about, it's a sport where opponents compete to see who is the strongest and most technical of athletes, not so different to WSM or Olympic sports. Just look at Larry Wheels, he has become one of the biggest advocates of the sport by bringing all the athletes together WITHOUT any "drama", and in a very short span of time. Devon used to be one of the biggest promoters of the sport over the years, but Larry has surpassed him on many levels. Also, unsportsmanlike behaviour has made people lose interest and stop supporting certain sportspersons in different sports. Whereas, those who display gentleman level of sportsmanship attract many fans, which leads to an increased popularity in the sport, therefore more sponsorships and money

@@evokaiyo I agree, lots of people just wanna see the matches happen and watch the sport for what it is and thats great. What im saying is theres a larger portion of people that like the drama aspect of what combat sports brings. You bring in the people who like the drama side of things and your audience grows significantly, thus growing the sport. Its not a bad thing and theres plenty of evidence to prove that it works, ESPECIALLY when it comes to personal popularity amongst the general public. Does every person that watches any sport watch it for the same reasons? Of course not. But every sport needs diverse fans in that aspect in order for the sport to grow. Simply a marketing strategy.

Those marks from inner-bleeding on your arm are a testament to the fact that you are and always will be a titan in the sport of arm wrestling. #NoLimits

Devon thanks for all you've done & continue to do for the sport. After the first round you were confident you would get him. The second round you get injured. After the match you implied he's unbeatable. Do you think that even without being injured in the 2nd the result would have been the same?

Not many people have stated how you didn't complain about your injury during the second round, and pull the pin. You pushed through, trying all you could. 💪 Props to you Devon. I can't think of another arm wrestler who's continued in a match after an injury. You're a true champion of the sport Dev. We all know had you not been injured, that you could have been in a better position to expose any weakness over those six rounds. I agree. He knew brute strength wasn't gonna do it. Had to tire him out and take levan into deep waters, but injuries happen. Shit happens. Come back Devon!

What a beast devon u walked in like a champ and walked out like a champ with the battle wounds and didn’t hesitate for a sec to try to hide or duck from levan like some other ppl who held the hammer was afraid of losing it

I still believe after that first round, had you not gotten injured, it would’ve been a much more entertaining match. A tight kings move by you still feels like you had a chance to get a stop. Once you got injured and had to try and go inside of course the strength difference was too much. We love you man, heal up. We all still believe in you. Wishing you well on your future projects!

The reason he got injured in the first place was because levan is too damn strong. That injury was inevitable.

@@user-zr5js2oo5h I partially agree. But things like this can be a freak accident. Muscle or tendon tears can just happen. People that lift weights can push the same weight every week and then just randomly tear a muscle.

What’s so dope about all of this… is that we just saw you training pr’s with Larry Wheels and Levan and Michael Tods. everyone knew how strong Levan was… way stronger than everyone else. WAAAYYY. I don’t see anyone beating him for a very very very long time. You’re a legend Dev

Devon -- good points. I've been watching you for awhile now. You are still my favorite. I think you would benefit greatly -- after the injury heals -- to add a powerlifting / bodybuilding routine into your training and see where it takes you. I can't help but think if you were just a little stronger and had a little more mass you could have held off Levan and used or stamina to tire him out.

Love getting to hear your thoughts on... really about anything.. but especially on your thoughts after a defeat. can't wait to see how this molds you into something even more frightening.

_"how this moulds you into something even more frightening?"_ That'd be apt phrase for Levan. As for Devon am sure he'll step down into Rank5 to Rank15 league. He had an amazing run as an AW and we'd love to see him be the ambassador of the sport while he continues to pull elite AW on occasions. We wish him best of luck for his future endeavors whenever he resumes pulling after recovering from the injury.

@@user_1abc Devon pulled John Brzenk just last year. And John has 10 years on Devon (he's 57). People acting like this is Devon's last rodeo are going to be surprised. Levan actually runs the risk of becoming stagnant because no one posses a threat to him right now. Grant it, his "stagnate" is pretty awesome.

@@betterness23 Devon and John never had a 40 kg difference. And that 40 kg difference is despite Devon being in his heaviest/strongest form and Levan actually losing a few kgs to gain agility/endurance. And Levan of today is not just any 170 kg guy but a guy who has fantastic table IQ(which the likes of Chaffee lack) on top of herculean strength (I am told he curls more than prime Denis) and reasonably low fat % in that weight group (>150 kgs). I don't see Levan coming below 170 in the next 5 years. Devon crossing 130 (at this age) neither. So, in the next 5 years, I doubt if Devon will win a 6-round match against Levan. 10 years is not much foreseeable so won't speak about it. It's another thing that there was/is no such need for Devon to pin this one monster who is anyway way out of his regular weight class. Devon has had an amazing run as a marquee AW, and now as one of the best ambassadors of the sport. So this loss won't render his career to zilch. On the flipside this win is big deal for Levan as he has managed to remain undefeated for the last 3 years. But yeah, John is a GOAT and I too am not sure if Levan would be able to replicate John's longevity of career as epic doses of gear start back firing no matter who you are - sooner (late 20s to mid 30s) or later (mid 40s.) Devon, I would love to see you armwrestle everyone you mentioned. I still don't think any of them stand a chance today against Levan. Sounds like alot of PEDSs will be required to compete at the top level in the open class. You were prepared; nothing will work against his force. You can't get him tired because he pins everyone so fast. Levan was under 200 lbs ten years ago. He is not a giant but a product of drugs. Now arwmwrestlers will join the bodybuilding and wrestling death club!

It will hurt the sport. There is a reason the USA has backed out of Olympic lifting. PED's are a corrupting force that takes sports from an exhibition of health and performance, to a circus act.

I was 250lbs like in 2014 and now I’m 270ish lbs in 2022 😆 don’t need any drugs to be 270lbs. Crazy how light he was in 2014 compared to now
