Thank you Rabbi, truly the jews are the light of the gentiles who are living in absolute darkness because of lack of knowledge of Hashem.

@@ChevraRavMosheChaim I love your kindness as you teach. I really loved when you explain the core principles of the Torah. I myself was raised in a pagan christian home that taught Torah has been done away. I've come a long way and see that's a lie/misunderstanding... and now I'm observant to Torah and believe in the one true God of Israel. I do however believe Messiah has come there's just too much in scripture to deny it. TY so much for your video I'm now subscribed and I'm looking forward to watch more:)

We know The Mashiach's Name! Zechariah 6:9-12, 9 And the word of יהוה came unto me, saying, 10 Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah; 11 Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua (יהושע) the son of Josedech, the high priest; 12 And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh יהוה of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is THE BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of יהוה: We know when יהושע Mashiach first came! Daniel 9:24-27 24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. This means he would have been alive during the 1st century. We know that יהושע Messiah had to die for the sins of mankind according to the will of Elohim! Isaiah 53, 1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of יהוה revealed? 2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. 3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and יהוה hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. 9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet it pleased יהוה to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of יהוה shall prosper in his hand. 11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. 12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. We know that יהושע Messiah has risen from the grave for David wrote in Psalms 16:8-10 8 I have set יהוה always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. 9 Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall rest in hope. 10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in sheol; neither wilt thou suffer Thine Holy One to see corruption. 11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Hear these words; יהושע of Nazareth, a man approved of God by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him. Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God was taken and by wicked hands crucified and slain. Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that he should be holden of it. For David spake concerning him, I foresaw יהוה always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope because You wilt not leave my soul in sheol, neither wilt thou suffer Thine Holy One to see corruption. You have made known to me the ways of life; You shalt make me full of joy with Your countenance. Let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Mashiach to sit on his throne; He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Mashiach, that his soul was not left in sheol, neither his flesh did see corruption. This יהושע hath God raised up amongst many witnesses and according to the appropriate time. Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of ruach hakodesh. For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, יהוה said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Until I make thy foes thy footstool. Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same יהושע, whom your father's have crucified, both Lord and Mashiach. And now, I wot that through ignorance they did it, as did also their rulers. But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Mashiach should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of יהוה. And he shall send יהושע Ha Mashiach, which before was preached unto you. Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall יהוה your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with the fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. Unto you first God, having raised up His Son יהושע, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. Make tshuvah and be immersed every one of you in the name of יהושע Mashiach for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the ruach hakodesh. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as יהוה our God shall call. Save yourselves from this untoward generation!

Rav Moshe, is there anyway you could include reference information on the books you read from? I've recently picked up the Sefer Tanya, and am looking to get the Sefer Yetzirah next time i get paid. Upon watching this today after reading some of the approbations and preface in the Tanya, i realized i have no clue how to keep up with you. There's a part in one of them that says, ""listening to words of moral advice is not the same as reading them in books." So, to hold that thought, i would love a bit of a guide. for example, if you're reading from Shaar Hayichud VehaEmunah, you can notate this on the video description so i can follow along with your readings and maybe as a supplementary read from the chapter you're reading from in my downtime. I know you've mentioned other Seferot when reading, Sefer HaZohar, Sefer Yetzirah, ect. Or that a scribe is referencing another book, and i don't feel i understand enough to just know what you reference. If its too much to ask i definitely understand. Perhaps someone in the comments could add references as well for those who'd like to read along if that's the case. Please don't take my comment as a complaint, i am very happy to have these videos in any capacity. Bless you Rav. Kol Tov!!! Tovah Rishon!

@@LegendaryJew I live near no rabbis or Cha bad synagogue. I agree which is why over the past two years I have been converting on my own( scoff now) and reading Torah regularly. Right now I make 16$ an hour, I can't afford a home and I still pay for a lot of my mother's and brothers things like food, bill money and things so I don't feel comfortable moving a few hours away from her without a job lined up near a shul/synagogue. It's just not feasible. From now on I will hold my comments and not make any inquiries from now on so I respect the rest of you. My deepest apologies for any offense but in my tears as someone searching for God and reading the Bible for years has led me here. To develop a deeper relationship and understand for the one true creator, not an idol. Again I'm sorry for offending but I'm only here as a supplement to Torah reading. As I've heard Torah without kabbalah and midrash and gemarra is like not the full meal ya know?. Idk I'm ignorant, s'why I asked in the first place. Lol alright I'm out or I'm gonna have asides for days. Take care. Bless you.

There was a mixex multitude that was part of Israel and they also were given the Torah. Now, its their choice if they continue following it or not. Once they walk away they are no longer part of Israel. If they decide to continue obeyimg Torah then they continue being part of Israel.

Agreed. My understanding is that there are Israelites by blood and those who are by Spirit. Physical Israel and Spiritual Israel. Hashem wants ALL to be Spiritual Israel. Both physical Israel and gentiles are called to be Spiritual Israel, thru Messiah, as the scriptures say, through Abraham all the nations of their earth will be blessed. Spiritual Israel must try to keep the Mosaic Law just as physical Israel is to keep it.

Rabbi I have recently found you and your class on KZread. I know this question may sound, terrible, after all, who am I to question G-d? I am Jewish, born to a Jewish mom and my Dad was a Kohan. My grandparents were modern Orthodox. I am 62 years old now, old enough to be your mother. I have a problem. How could G-d have allowed 6 million of us to die in the Holocaust? If G-d loved us, how could he not have intervened? No messiah, no miracle, at least one third of all of us murdered in such a terrible way? This troubles me greatly. What does your Rabbinal training teach you about this?

I’m not the Rabbi, but perhaps my comment may help. In Germany at the time approaching the war, the Jewish people were on the brink of 2/3rds (or more) assimilation. If the Holocaust never happened, and things kept going as they were, Eastern European Jews would have been assimilated 3-4 generations..the reform movement were literally making it a Mitzvot to marry the Goyim. Unfortunately for the righteous Jews, when Hashem steps in to defend the honor of His name, all Jews suffer together (ie, the suffering servant of Isaiah 53).. With this in mind, read Ezekiel 20:32-8 and Deuteronomy 31:17 and 32:20. Pay special attention to the message in Ezekiel 20:32-8 (it is a parallel to what was going on in Eastern Europe. I write this with the utmost respect in regards to you and the Jewish Nation ❤

Why would the Torah mention that? What does it have to do with anything. You have essentially a creation story of the universe, a creation story of man, and then the linear connection to the 'revelation' of the Torah. And I have to say as much as I do conform to the idea that the Torah was compiled around 500-300 BC besides small things which lend credence to it having various authors the story is essentially God Creates Universe and God creates man, man is flawed, his offspring are flawed, the way to fix the flaw is through the divine instruction of God. Exactly what the point of the Torah ever mentioning Jupiter makes zero sense.

@@user-xw6pp5lq2d lol, the real Jews are those that their hearts have been circumcised and born of the spirit of God, not of the flesh.

Would it be fair to say that the jews are the ones who went into exile in babylon, as ooposed to the children of israel who would include all of the lost tribes

Both terms refer to essentially the same group in this historical context. The exiles to Babylon were primarily from the Kingdom of Judah, which was inhabited mainly by the tribes of Judah and Benjamin, collectively known as "Jews." However, it's important to note: 1. The term "children of Israel" is broader and historically refers to all twelve tribes of Israel. 2. The Babylonian exile specifically affected the southern Kingdom of Judah, not the northern Kingdom of Israel (which had been conquered by the Assyrians about 135 years earlier). 3. By the time of the Babylonian exile (6th century BCE), the term "Jews" (derived from "Judah") was coming into use to refer to the people of Judah, though "children of Israel" or "Israelites" were still used as well. 4. The exiles included people from other tribes who had previously migrated to Judah, but they were primarily from the tribes of Judah and Benjamin. So, while both terms can be used, "Jews" is more specifically accurate for this particular historical event. The Babylonian exile is often referred to as the "Jewish exile" or the "Exile of Judah."

As an Israelite I can assure you that our Torah starts with Genesis ie human origins IE Black people and that socalled nonblack people have nothing to do with our family history. See Psalm 147 Joel 2 v27 and Mathew 15 and 24 and Job 30 v30. These people are the synagogue of Satan. To deny the truth of G-d is antichrist. Our Father only loves Israelites due to the fact that everyone hates Him and His children ie Black people. Socalled nonblack people have only been on the planet for six to ten thousand years and are not human according to science, they are sapiens neanderthal ie hybrids. The deliberate falsification of history and stealing our identity and heritage is a literal crime against humanity. But if you hate Black people, then don't believe none of the above. As it is written Jacob have I loved, and Esau have I hated... See Anacalypsis by G Higgins and Black Sambo documentary on KZread and Spanish Inquisition and Portuguese Expulsion from primary sources. These people are sick! Shalom
