I found your channel just before the new year and I really enjoy your videos. While I live in a rural setting, I'm not in or near the woods as you are. Still, I heat my home with wood to keep the the cats and me warm in the winter. Finding, cutting, and splitting wood for the fire makes me happier than I was most of my life in the city. While I'm in my "golden years", I still hope to one day own a piece of property in the woods and have a small cabin to enjoy my sunset years. I like the blog, love Maisy and your home is beautiful. I liked vlog #1 and Wednesday would be a great day for them. Our dog Gunner is always bringing deer legs home. 😂 12:04 thank you for showing the proper way to get your fire wood. I seen another channel using a little canvas tote. It held like 8 pieces of wood. The wheelbarrow is how to do it. 👍 Thanks for sharing. Cool vlog, Brooke! I know the feeling of dragging the Christmas tree outside. Ouch! My brother's family decided to buy a "potted" tree every year, decorated and then planted it in their front yard after the Holidays. Their first one is now over 20 feet tall! And every tree is a reminder of "Christmas past". Looking forward to your new format ... God Bless

I liked the video a lot! You got a spectacular christmas tree! And being a dog owner myself I know what it means to fight against tons and tons of hair. I often brush my dog for almost an hour and there's no end in sight. Next day I can start again.
