Hi Zoe! I, as a music lover, honestly, had never seen a man who sings songs with a female voice, but with the proper way of a man. And he's not even famous here in Brazil, he started to gain notoriety after he went through the AGT. Unfortunately, from my point of view here it won't take off, as the big producers here aren't very interested in this type of music. And he's fantastic, he travels with ease through the songs he sings, ranging from Nina Simone to Ariana Grande. I nicknamed him "The Whistle King". I've never seen any man master such a technique and he makes it look easy like Minnie Riperton, Mariah Carey, Deniece Williams... Finally, I'll leave below two links to Gabriel's official page. Gabriel Henrique received an invitation from the AGT candidate selection team to participate in the program, who accepted the invitation was his mother and she convinced him, he was afraid to go because he did not know how to speak English. I'm glad he went, I'm hoping he wins this year! I believe that the judges do not receive information from the artist before the audition. The entire technical team of the Claro program already knew Gabriel Henrique through social networks and KZread. It was an incredible performance. He's taking English classes now in Brazil for his upcoming AGT performance.
