I used the whole eggs in making my White Velvet Cake. Chocolate white cream cheese glaze. It was a hit✊🏾💪🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾💯

I love the teaching you give during the process of making your cakes! My aunt, God rest her soul, used to make pound cakes all the time during the holidays when I was growing up and never understood why sometimes her cake would come out gummy looking. We still ate it up though 😂😂. I continue her tradition of making pound cakes during the holidays and throughout.
