Matthew 24:1-14 Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. “Do you see all these things?” he asked. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.” As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

The word machmad is used in many places in the Old Testament. It refers to something pleasing, treasured, or lovely. So if machmad is actually Muhammad's name, we need to be consistent and say that wherever the word machmad is used, it's referring to Muhammad. 1. Song of Solomon, chapter 5, verse 16. - His mouth is sweetness itself; he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, this is my friend, daughters of Jerusalem. But in chapter 7, verse 10, she says, "I belong to my beloved, and his desire is for me." Since Muhammad is her beloved (according to the Islamic interpretation), she declares in 7:10 that she belongs to Muhammad and that Muhammad desires her. How did Solomon's bride belong to Muhammad? Why would Muhammad desire a woman who had been dead for more than fifteen centuries? 2. Ezekiel 24:16 - "Son of man, with one blow I am about to take away from you the delight of your eyes. Yet do not lament or weep or shed any tears. Ezekiel's wife is called "machmad," because she's treasured by Ezekiel. So if machmad means "Muhammad," Muhammad must have been Ezekiel's wife. 3. Ezekiel 24:21 - Say to the people of Israel, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am about to desecrate my sanctuary--the stronghold in which you take pride, the delight of your eyes, the object of your affection. The sons and daughters you left behind will fall by the sword. The word "delight" here is machmad. So if machmad is the name "Muhammad," God is promising to desecrate Muhammad. This is what happens when Muslims try to force Muhammad into the Bible. But this is a good thing actually.. If muslims say muhamad is mentioned in the Bible or islam is found in the Bible, this is the perfect reason for muslims to buy and read the Bible by themselves. www.quora.com/Is-the-name-Muhammad-mentioned-in-Hebrew-Bible

Quran 7:157 “Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written in what they have of the Torah and the Gospel,…” The Song of Solomon is Never the Torah, The Torah only consists of 5 books of the Hebrew Bible . They are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. So if you claimed Muhammad is found in the Torah or Bible then you are contradicting your Quran 7:157.

My sister, just because two words sound similar or have similar spelling, doesn't mean they have the same meaning. mahammadim is a Hebrew word, while Mohammad is an Arabic word. Songs of Solomon is a romantic poem between a bride and groom. Mohammadim means lovely, while Mohammad means praiseworthy. don't be confused. Using your process of analysis, the word Akbar is a Hebrew word which means mouse, so are you telling me when Muslims say "Allah Akbar" they are saying "Allah is a MOUSE", but a Muslim will tell me its an Arabic word meaning great. Please translated words basing on the language it was originally written in. Don't do copy and paste, that's for crooks

It’s quite unfortunate... most of u here writing comments don’t understand the Bible.. Let me tell you something, if you want to get what or who “the beloved” was referring to, read from verse 1 of Songs of Solomon downwards, particularly verse 4. And the beloved there he was referring to was the one to come and show love to the world “who is Christ” A beloved is someone who shows extreme LOVE.. and that’s what only Jesus came to do on this earth. To lay down his life for us. He is the beloved Solomon was referring to. It’s only by revelation you can understand this. This scripture was not referring to Mohammed at all.

And the Lord said to [Moses]: ‘What they have spoken is good. I will raise up for them a Prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put My words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him. (NKJV) The text says that this special prophet would be like Moses and that he would be from among the Israelites’ “brethren.” Muslims argue that Muhammad was an Arab and since Arabs are related to the Israelites through their forefather Abraham, therefore Muhammad fulfills the prophecy made here. The problem with this claim is that the definition of “brethren” is made clear in the previous chapter. Deuteronomy 17:15 says: …you shall surely set a king over you whom the Lord your God chooses; one from among your brethren you shall set as king over you; you may not set a foreigner over you, who is not your brother. (NKJV) Other verses in Deuteronomy make it clear that “foreigner” (also described as “alien” or “stranger”) refers to those who were not of the twelve tribes of Israel (e.g. Deut. 10:19, 28:43). Since Arabs (including Muhammad) were not of the twelve tribes of Israel, the Muslim prophet Muhammad could not fulfill this prophecy. On the other hand, Jesus was of the twelve tribes and therefore could (and did - Acts 3:22) fulfill this prophecy.

Sorry to the Sister who has been lost. And to you my sister, do no not be confused & take heart for the sea is great & vast. A ship of truth will sail you through the many waters to the Sacred Spring of Life. Therefore I pray this Word of our Lord may satisfy you once you consume it: Psalm 2:1-12 Why do the heathen rage, And the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, Against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, And cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: The Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, And vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, And the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: Be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, And rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, When his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him. Amen 🙏🏽

Lol...this is funny. So now the contention is on translation. So let's suppose the English translators of the bible inserted "Mohammed"...how does that point to a future prophecy? You lot seems to forget too quickly that the Arabians and Israel are descended from Abraham. Though their languages are different and unique today, shouldn't it be expected that there would be some similarities of sounds? Israel refer to God as "El". Arabic's use "Allah" the similarities in the "El" sound and "allh" is there to see.

Language and interpretation can be very tricky. For example my name "Jide" has two verbal roots: "to wake" and "to come or arrive". So a conversation about how early I wake to attend an event will have the two verbs in it and it looks like this: "Lat'aro ni mo ti ji de bi." By literal interpretation it'll sound like: "It is since morning I have woken to come here." I'm sure you noticed the English verbs "to wake" and "to come". Now in English however, the above sentence would naturally sound like: "I've been here since morning." Reference to "woken to come here" is too cumbersome, as one needs not go a long way to explain simple activities in English. This is called circumlocution. But to simply put, the sentence wasn't talking about someone named Jide even though it contains the verbs:( ji) and (de). It was obviously talking about something else. So if we apply this simple linguistic method to the subject matter, the quoted biblical text, Songs of Solomon 5:16 isn't talking about someone named Muhammad, and in this case Prophet Muhammad (SAW). The verse is talking about someone who is praiseworthy, which is also the literal meaning of the name Muhammad. The word praiseworthy in the original Hebrew translation comes from the Semitic root MHMD. You must know that in Semitic languages, the language family to which Arabic and Hebrew belong, words are formed with consonants. Meaning of words is then arrived at by inserting necessary vowels between the consonants. So if we put the necessary vowels between the four consonants we'll have Muhammad, which means the praiseworthy one. It is therefore not uncommon to see the root MHMD in sentence that's ordinarily talking about praise or eulogising someone. I don't know how to put it in Arabic or Hebrew but I'm very sure that one would hear a word that will sound like Mohammed in a conversation about praise or giving credit to someone. Just like the sentence about "coming to an event early" contains ji de but isn't necessarily talking about someone named Jide, even though Jide means that something should come. Isolating one verse will not properly reveal the meaning of any passage, one will have to go to the beginning of it to contextually decode meaning. What Solomon is saying here, to properly put the whole thing into context, Solomon was actually praising what a virtuous woman and her sexuality here not talking someone named Muhammad. The chapter is therefore not a revelation or a prophetic reference to a future person. Islamic scholars like to do this in order to make it look like the Bible authoritatively mentioned Prophet Muhammad afterall. This is a very faulty logic and unsuspecting Muslims subscribe to it as they use it in religious arguments to justify the prophethood of Muhammad. My own take is that you don't need to refer to another book to assert the Prophet Muhammad's authenticity and historicity. The glorious Quran and all the Hadith and other historical records have already done that.

The Song of Solomon is love poetry. It is about the love between a man and his wife. You have to take the entire book in context. Mohammed is most certainly not mentioned in either this book, or any other book in the Bible. He is perhaps mentioned in Mathew 7:15.

I do appreciate your work Ceci. I am not much of a social media person, and this is my first time (if my memory serves me right), commenting on You-tube. But if I may be of some help to you on this matter of your quest, I recommend you take out time to ask every 'religion' these four salient questions, and find out what their separate response would be. The response that remains consistent throughout (I.E without change in its logical reasoning), will tell you well which to follow. 1. The origin of life -why are we in this world in the first place? 2. Why are we the way we are -what brought us to the way we are today (I.E this state of constantly think and do what is right)? 3. How do I change my self -by how is it possible I can change myself (speaking of moral absolutes)? 4. Where do I ultimately go -speaking of life after this life (speaking of eternity which is unarguably in all of our hearts)? Every religion must give an honest, unbiased response to these questions of life, and remain consistent in their logical outworking which will end up being reasonable. Just as I may so say, a particular scientist once said to his fellow scientists who did not believe in the existence of God, saying: "I believe there is a God, good and fine, you also believe there is no God, also good and fine. If we all die and find out there is no God, you gain and I gain. But if it happens that there is a God, you will loose and I will gain." So, for me, the teachings of Jesus Christ has done justice about these questions to me, that is why I am a Christian today, and I have countless testimonies to that effect. 1. God created us upon the earth. Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth. Gen 1:1 KJV. You can read also, verses 26-28, or better still, chapter 1 and 2. 2. The sin of Adam brought in the knowledge of sin. Gen 3: 1-19. Also, Romans 5: 12- 19. 3. Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Acts 16:29-31 KJV. Also, read John 8: 30-32, for a proper balance. 4. Reign with Christ forever. John 12: 26, John 14: 1-3, and John 17: 24. May the good Lord even Jesus Christ our Lord grant you and all that read this text grace in Jesus name! Here is my number if you want to call me up for further questions: 08061548854

John.14.6 - Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Dear lady, the above Scripture, lifted directly from the Bible, answers your questions. Jesus said He is the truth and also said "You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free". (John 8:32). So, all you need is to know Jesus. Ask Jesus to reveal Himself, the Truth, to you and you shall be free of all the lies of religion and men like the one you played his video. That lady that accepted Islam in the video never knew Jesus Christ in the first place. She probably had practiced Christianity as a mere religion in same way that some go to Church as a religious obligation and remain in darkness. Jesus Christ is the end of the road for every true and honest seeker of truth. Find time to be alone (without the trappings of social media, etc) and read your Bible asking God to speak to you, to show you the truth. JESUS CHRIST IS THE LORD OF ALL!!! May God bless you as you find Him.

In the fourth century AD, the Christian faith law was established and the Trinity was approved in the Council of Nicaea, amid debate and controversy.. In the Council of Constantinople, the Holy Spirit was approved as the third Lord in the midst of the Trinity.. It was necessary that God sends down the Qur’an and clarifies the truth to people and re-calls all the prophets to the earth..because the distorted Abbi-Christian religion destroyed the message of the prophets and the message of Abraham..the Qur’an is God’s good word for people to know the truth..Jesus is not Lord..and the Trinity is blasphemy in God..and the cross is not a throwaway of salvation .........

Hi Ceci, Here is something I posted a few years ago, you will see that the word is a normal Hebrew word used 40 times in the Bible either as a nouns or the verb CHAMAD (to) lust, covet, desire or the adjectival noun MACHMAD which means (the) desired, coveted, lusted (after). The Hebrew word, machmad - looks like Muhammad, but a lot of jiggery pokery is used to change this Hebrew word into Muhammad. . It is found in the love poem, the Song of Solomon 5:16 the complete verse is this His mouth is most sweet, he is altogether lovely, oh daughters of Jerusalem. Let me show you some Hebrew poetry methods, they used repetition In the same verse there are rhyming words, Mamtaqim an Machmadim. SWEET is the Hebrew noun MAMTAQ - to make the noun a superlative, ie. best most, sweetest etc. Hebrew adds “IM” so to make the word sweet become most sweet, or sweetest, mamtaq + im MAMTAQ (sweet) +im = MAMTAQIM (most sweet) The next noun is lovely, desirable - to make it MOST desirable, the same Hebrew grammar is used, an “IM” is added to the end. MACHMAD (desired) + im = MACHMADIM (most desired) The verb CHAMAD mentioned above, is turned into an adjectival noun by adding the prefix MEM so CHAMAD becomes MACHMAD Here are some various translations of the Hebrew (sometimes there is no exact one - to - one translation of a word so more than one word may have to be used) These translations are from hundreds, one even thousands of years in time span. (ASV) His mouth is most sweet; Yea, he is altogether lovely. (BBE) His mouth is most sweet; yes, he is all beautiful. * *(Brenton) His throat is most sweet, and altogether desirable.* (CJB) His words are sweetness itself; he is altogether desirable (DRB) His throat most sweet, and he is all lovely (Geneva) His mouth is as sweete thinges, and hee is wholy delectable (GNB) His mouth is sweet to kiss; everything about him enchants me (ISV) His mouth is sweetness, and all of him is desirable. (KJV) His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. (LSV) His mouth is sweetness-and all of him desirable, (NAS77) "His mouth is full of sweetness. And he is wholly desirable (TLV) His mouth is sweetness. Yes, he is totally desirable. (YLT) His mouth is sweetness-and all of him desirable *** The Brenton is the English translation of the LXX or Septuagint, a Greek Old testament made 250 years BEFORE Christ! It was written for the Greek Speaking Jews of the Middle East over 2,300 years ago.

They get sucked in by one thing, let's say "literary excellence", then the propagandists pile on, "scientific miracles", "Muhammad is in the Bible", "Muhammad was the perfect example to mankind, etc. etc. and the victims get sucked in. It takes a lot of work to deconstruct the whole edifice which is Islam. If only they could see the true beauty in the Bible, the true beauty of Jesus and his teachings, the wonderful poetry and grace of Apostle Paul. 2 Corinthians 4:3-6 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Dear Muslims, you want to worship the creator and sustainer of life, well read and pray on this: John 1:1-9 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. *All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made*.. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Psalms 33:6 By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: Hebrews 1:1-2 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Colossians 1:12-17 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Dear Ceci, Jesus died for you so that you can have eternal life - Jesus is the creator and sustainer of all heaven and earth. By his blood, your sins are forgiven. Hebrew, Arabic, and Aramaic and other ancient languages called semitic languages are similar, but does not always have the same meaning. Two words might be spelt similarly but what it means in Arabic is different in Hebrew. For Instance: Muhammad in Arabic means Praiseworthy, but the word in Songs of Solomon 5:16 which is מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים‪‬‪‬ (ma-ḥă-mad-dîm) in Hebrew does not mean the same thing, it rather means "Lovely". Also, there are similar words in Igbo and Yoruba but they don't mean the same thing. eg. I don't know the meaning of Olaniyi in Yoruba but in Igbo it means destroyer. In the translation of Hebrew words into English, names are translated just the way they are. A good example is 1 Chronicles chapter 1 to chapter 9. But while translating expressions and feelings, they are translated into their equivalent English meanings. So if that word was referring to Mohammed then it would have been translated as such. So, for you to understand a bible text you should also read all through the context. The context of that bible passage, shows a woman describing how lovely her man is, as a matter of fact the book of Song of Solomon is a book of Romance. It's either Solomon expressing love to his woman or the woman to Solomon. As regards to the (ים)‪‬‪‬ "im" added to that word, it means plurality and not respect as said by that man. Research about the tense of Elohim, you will see that the last "im" means plurality which gives light about the triune nature of God: God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Those bible texts he mentioned saying that they are prophecies of Mohammed are not true, they are rather the prophecies of or about Jesus. If you want to get further explanations bring the bible texts to me and I'll convincingly explain them to you. You can reach me @ +2347087869627 or @ kellyultraviolent1@gmail.com Remain blessed!

My question remains, as the prophet that was calling people to worship the almighty God and the second most populated religion on earth, is there possiblity that there's no prophesies about him in the bible or Torah?... I asked a Jewish friend of mine this same question and he didn't answer it till today... If the prophet Muhammed was from isreal and not from Arab world, then it won't be removed... To me, it still remain impossible that there's no prophesies about him in the Bible or Torah becos the effect of Islam on this earth be it good or bad as anyone might view it from thier point of views is massive... I rest my case my brothers....

@@nwaokorougo7236 Note: Mohammed is not from Israel. I also want to ask you, on what basis should he be mentioned in the bible. The last book of the bible: The book of Revelation was written in 96CE and Mohammed was born in 570CE. Can you see the time difference? The doctrines of the Jews and Christians are totally different from that of Muslims, in as much as there are few common believes (which is also practiced in different ways) Our ways of salvation are different. It is rather in their holy book that you see our saviour Jesus Christ mentioned. and it was stated there that if they have any problem(s), they should meet or ask the people of the book which are Christians, and they acknowledge that. If you insist that there is a mention of Mohammed in the Bible then show me in a clear way. The fact that Islamic religion is the second largest religion in the world is not a justifiable reason for the name of their Prophet to be found in the Bible. Come to think of it, even if there is a mention of his name, which there is not, what advantage is it to Muslims. Mohammed claims to be a seeker of truth, But Jesus said, "I am the Truth". My dear, no matter how big evil and falsehood has become, it can never metamorphose to be truth. God bless you.

Hebrew language, who confirmed the soundness of these translations, and confirmed that the word mahammadim is not a proper noun or name; rather it signifies beauty and desire, and it is mentioned in many places in the Old Testament with such meanings. Furthermore, the context here rules out any interpretation of the word as referring to Muhammad. The entire book of the Song of Solomon is a love poem between a man and a woman, with erotic phrases. The context is far removed from referring to the Prophet who would come at the end of time, namely Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). As for the English translation of this word (mahammadim), they mentioned words such as loveliness, charm, desire and delight, which do not even come close to the meaning of names such as Ahmad or Muhammad

Please do not be deceived, there is no Mohammed in the entire Bible, they confuse themselves with words that sounds like a name. Songs of Solomon 5:16 is referring to Solomon himself as "my beloved" and that is found in the whole book of Songs of Solomon. Secondly, the other passages he quoted ie Deut 18:18 was referring to Jesus whom Moses then was telling the Hebrew that God would send Him in due time. And Jesus Himself quoted that same passage in John 5:45-47 when He was assessing the pharisees unbelief. Don't be deceived with this deceptive jargon they are saying, confusing innocent people to believe that nonsense.

Mohammed being mentioned in the Bible has been debunked many a times. In Isaiah 29:12 we find the verse Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say, "Read this, please," he will answer, "I don't know how to read." and there are Muslims who claim that this is a prediction of Muhammad, and his first experience in the cave on Mt. Hira where Gabriel supposedly pressured him to read, but he could not. However, looking into the context of this verse will make clear that this is a complete misinterpretation. There is no prediction of a future prophet in this passage. In the contrary. Isaiah 29 is a chapter of announcing punishment on Israel. 3. I will encamp against you all around; I will encircle you with towers and set up my siege works against you. 4. Brought low, you will speak from the ground; your speech will mumble out of the dust. Your voice will come ghostlike from the earth; out of the dust your speech will whisper. and as part of the punishment we read that God will also take away the ability to read (understand) the holy word because they have disobeyed it for so long. In particular, verse 10 states clearly that the prophets and seers themselves will be put to sleep and no longer receive revelation from the LORD. Be stunned and amazed, blind yourselves and be sightless; be drunk, but not from wine, stagger, but not from beer. 10. The LORD has brought over you a deep sleep: He has sealed your eyes, the prophets; he has covered your heads, the seers. 11. For you this whole vision is nothing but words sealed in a scroll. And if you give the scroll to someone who can read, and say to him, "Read this, please," he will answer, "I can't; it is sealed." 12. Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say, "Read this, please," he will answer, "I don't know how to read." 13. The Lord says: "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men. Would Muslims really want to say that this refers to Muhammad? The heart far from God, with worship that is not according to God's will but according to what men have invented (v.13) and that his inability to read is part of God's punishment? It is a sign of God putting a deep sleep on the people regarding spiritual matters, so that regardless how knowledgeable they are, they would nevertheless be unable to read (comprehend) what the word of God means. “The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your brethren-him you shall heed-just as you desired of the LORD your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly, when you said, ‘Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, or see this great fire any more, lest I die. ‘And the LORD said to me, ‘They have rightly said all that they have spoken. I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brethren; and I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him. And whoever will not give heed to my words which he shall speak in my name, I myself will require it of him.” (Deuteronomy , 18:15-19) Jesus was clearly the mediator who Moses was talking about. He was the one man who could speak God’s words directly to the people. Why? Because he was God! He was God with a human nature who could speak God’s words to them. Let’s take a look at just how similar the lives of Jesus and Moses were to each other. After reading this lengthy comparison see if you can come up with a way that all of this happened by accident. John 14:16 - And I will ask the Father and He will give you another Comforter to be with you forever - the Spirit of Truth. The Comforter will be with these disciples forever. Jesus promised the Comforter would be with these disciples forever. Muhammad could not be the Comforter because he wasn't born until over 500 years later - following the deaths of these disciples. He was born around 570 and died around 632 AD. John 14:17 - But you know him for he lives with you and will be in you. The Comforter lives with the disciples already now and will later be 'in' them. The Holy Spirit came to the disciples and indwelt them. Muhammad could not be the Comforter because first he wasn't around at the time when Jesus was speaking to his disciples nor second could he ever be in any of the disciples. The Greek word is 'en', and it means 'right inside'. Jesus is saying that the Comforter will be 'right inside' of the disciples. John 14:26 - The Comforter is specifically described as the Holy Spirit. The Comforter is not a man. Muhammad could not be the Comforter because he was never the Holy Spirit. John 14:26 - The Comforter will be sent in Jesus' name. The Holy Spirit represented the Lord on earth. No Muslim believes that Muhammad was sent by God in Jesus name. Muhammad did not come in Jesus' name, as the apostle of Jesus, rather he came in his own name with his own questionable “revelations”. John 14:26 - But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." The Comforter will teach these disciples and remind them of what Christ said to them. As the early Christians grew the Holy Spirit taught them. Muhammad is not the Comforter because he never knew the disciples and he didn't teach these disciples, and Muhammad never reminded the disciples of what Christ said. John 15:26 - When the Comforter comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father, he will testify about me. The Comforter would be sent to these disciples. These disciples received the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost. Muhammad was never sent to these disciples. John 16:13 - But when he, the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. The Comforter will guide these disciples into all truth. These disciples (and others) grew in the knowledge of God through the revelations from the Holy Spirit. Muhammad never guided these disciples into any truth. John 16:13 - He will not speak on his own, he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. The Comforter will speak to these disciples. These disciples grew to know the leading of the Holy Spirit, i.e. they knew His voice. Muhammad never spoke to these disciples. John 16:14 - He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you. The Comforter will take from Jesus and make it known to the disciples.Muhammad never knew Jesus and never took from Jesus and made it known to anyone. Muslims need to dig deep and confirm

In seeking to understand and correctly interpret scripture passages, a number of principles need to be respected. 1. Any scripture passage cannot be understood in isolation. In Isolation, a scripture or particular purpose can be made to say whatever we want it to say. That will usually result in a faulty understanding of the meaning. Therefore, every scripture must be understood within its context. a. The immediate context is the passage in which a verse is found. Read the verses immediately before and the verses immediately after b. The greater context is the Book in which the verse is found. That is called the Book context. Every verse must be understood in the context of the book within which the verse is contained. Each book of the Bible has a specific or particular purpose for which it was written. One needs to establish the purpose and theme of each book so that one can interpret each verse in the book in accordance with its general theme. The general theme of Song of Solomon is the depiction of the relationship between Christ and the Church. Romantic language is used to paint a picture of this relationship. c. There is even a much greater context. The context of the Testament within which the book is located. Since the verse in question, Song of Solomon 5:16 is located in the Old Testament. One needs to establish the purpose of the Testament a book is located in. d. Then we have the full context of the Bible. The context of each Testament is the Bible as a whole. No single verse should be used on its own apart from its relationship to the whole of scripture. Scripture interprets scripture. So you must approach this verse with these 4 principles in mind. This verse must be read and understood within its context. There are 15 verses BEFORE this verse. We need to read and understand those 15 verses and establish how they link to verse 16. If verse 16 is a reference to Muhammad, then the verses before must equally refer to Muhammad. Are those references about the groom and his appearance also a reference to Muhammad? That is the immediate context of the verse. This just gives you an idea of how Interpretation of the scriptures is done. If these principles are respected and adhered to, it limits false interpretations and reading things into the verse that are not there. If you just take the First context, the immediate context or the paragraph within which this verse is located is from Chapter 5:9- 6:10. This passage has the same theme- The love relationship between Christ and His Church. Therefore 5:16 must be understood within this immediate context, within the theme of this paragraph. Understood in isolation is what leads Muslims to believe it is a reference to Muhammad. The ONE WORD that is emphasized in this video clip is the word translated as "lovely" in the English Translation of the Bible. This word in Hebrew is from a word transliterated as MACHMAD. This word is from a root word that means "to delight in". It carries the idea of something delightful, an object of affection, a goodly thing, a pleasant thing, a lovely thing. Besides Muhammad means Praise and this word means delightful, lovely, pleasant. Praise and pleasant do not mean the same thing. This is just another attempt by Muslims to gain credibility among Christians by claiming the Bible refers to Muhammad. No scripture refers to Muhammad in the Bible. All the scriptures quoted by Zakir Naik are all taken OUT OF CONTEXT which has allowed him to twist scripture to say what he wants it to say

This is a totally wrong interpretation, eg in my native language Tamil "Patti" can refer to a dress or a village, in Malayalam a sister and related language (both comes under Dravidian language family) it means Dog, taking a sound from one language and trying to say it in a totally unrelated language is total bonkers. Next the word is "Mahmad" not "Mohammed", it sounds very close but not even the same, also then you have to read the whole chapter, the chapter is talking about a lover, if you replace loved one with Muhammed then replace it whole chapter and see if it makes sense, you cant lift a word from a chapter, read the whole chapter and then decide if its talking about Mohammed or not.

You said, ‘Don’t let us hear the voice of the LORD our God anymore or see this blazing fire, for we will die.’ 17 “Then the LORD said to me, ‘What they have said is right. 18 I will raise up a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites. I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell the people everything I command him. 19 I will personally deal with anyone who will not listen to the messages the prophet proclaims on my behalf. 20 But any prophet who falsely claims to speak in my name or who speaks in the name of another god must die.’ 21 “But you may wonder, ‘How will we know whether or not a prophecy is from the LORD?’ 22 If the prophet speaks in the LORD’s name but his prediction does not happen or come true, you will know that the LORD did not give that message. That prophet has spoken without my authority and need not be feared. Nothing that Mohammed spoke ever came to past he never received the word or confirmation or witness from God Yahweh Elohim. Bukhari, the reason for the final collection of the Quran was a dispute between Muslim forces from Iraq and Syria over the correct way of reciting it during communal prayers while on an expedition to Armenia and Azerbaijan.[citation needed] It is believed that the general Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman reported this problem to the caliph and asked him to establish a unified text. According to the history of al-Tabari, during the expedition there were 10,000 Kufan warriors, 6,000 in Azerbaijan and 4,000 at Rayy.[51] A large number of soldiers disagreeing about the correct way of reciting the Quran may have caused Hudhayfah to promote a unified text. An example of the confusion at this time is seen during a campaign in Tabaristan, where one of the soldiers asked Hudhayfah, "How did the Messenger of God pray?" Hudhayfah told him the soldier prayed before fighting.[52] It is believed upon Hudhayfah's request Uthman obtained the sheets of the Quran from Ḥafṣa and appointed a commission consisting of Zayd and three prominent Meccans, and instructed them to copy the sheets into several volumes based on the dialect of Quraysh, the main tribe of Mecca.[53] The story including Uthman's reaction is recorded in the following: Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman came to Uthman at the time when the people of Sham and the people of Iraq were Waging war to conquer Arminya and Adharbijan. Hudhaifa was afraid of their (the people of Sham and Iraq) differences in the recitation of the Qur'an, so he said to 'Uthman, "O chief of the Believers! Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Quran) as Jews and the Christians did before." So Uthman sent a message to Hafsa saying, "Send us the manuscripts of the Quran so that we may compile the Quranic materials in perfect copies and return the manuscripts to you." Hafsa sent it to Uthman. Uthman then ordered Zaid bin Thabit, Abdullah bin Az Zubair, Said bin Al-As and Abdur Rahman bin Harith bin Hisham to rewrite the manuscripts in perfect copies. Uthman said to the three Quraishi men, "In case you disagree with Zaid bin Thabit on any point in the Quran, then write it in the dialect of Quraish, the Quran was revealed in their tongue." They did so, and when they had written many copies, 'Uthman returned the original manuscripts to Hafsa. 'Uthman sent to every Muslim province one copy of what they had copied and ordered that all the other Quranic materials, whether written in fragmentary manuscripts or whole copies, be burnt. Zayd bin Thabit added, "A Verse from Surat Ahzab was missed by me when we copied the Quran and I used to hear Allah's Apostle reciting it. So we searched for it and found it with Khuzaima bin Thabit Al-Ansari. [That verse was]: 'Among the Believers are men who have been true in their covenant with Allah.'"[Quran 33:23] [54][55] When the task was finished Uthman kept one copy in Medina and sent others to Kufa, Baṣra, Damascus, and, according to some accounts, Mecca, and ordered that all other variant copies of the Quran be destroyed. This was done everywhere except in Kufa, where some scholars argue that Ibn Masʿūd and his followers refused.[53] The above quoted hadith refers to the manuscripts of the Quran compiled during the time of Caliph Abu Bakr, which were inherited by Caliph Umar's daughter Hafsa, a wife of Muhammad, and then returned to her, as promised. Sean Anthony and Catherine Bronson note that "Zuhrī-the earliest known scholar to emphasize the importance of Ḥafṣah’s codex for the collection of the caliph ʿUthmān’s recension-also serves as the authority for the accounts of the destruction of Ḥafṣah’s scrolls (ṣuḥuf)." After her death, he reported that Hafsa's brother inherited the manuscripts and allowed Uthman or according to some versions, Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan to destroy them.[56] It is generally accepted that the Uthmanic text comprises all 114 suras in the order known today.[48] Beliefs of Shia Muslim about the origins of the Quran may differ in some respects from Sunni beliefs. According to influential Marja' Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei, Uthman's collection of the Quran was metaphorical, not physical. He did not collect the verses and suras in one volume, but in the sense that he united the Muslims on the reading of one authoritative recension. al-Khoei also argues that the one reading on which Uthman united the Muslims was the one in circulation among most Muslims, and that it reached them through uninterrupted transmission from Muhammad.[57] This is one of the most contested issues and an area where many non-Muslim and Muslim scholars often clash.[48

The following passage in its original context is symbol of the Tripartite LORD, thus she says: "My beloved is pure and red, outstanding among ten thousand. His head is refined gold, his locks are bushy, and black as a raven. His eyes are as the eyes of doves by the rivers of waters, washed with milk, and fitly set. His cheeks are as a bed of spices, as sweet flowers: his lips like lilies, dropping sweet smelling myrrh. His hands are as gold rings set with the beryl: his belly is as bright ivory overlaid with sapphires. His legs are as pillars of marble, set upon sockets of fine gold: his countenance is as Lebanon, excellent as the cedars. His mouth is most sweet. And all together he is Machmadim. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem." Machmadim in Judaic symbolism refers to three things in regards to the LORD: the Word of the LORD, the Spirit of the LORD, and also their dwelling place (which in Orthodox Judaism was the Temple of the LORD, while in Orthodox Christian Traditions is Eucharist). Machmadim could also be used to refer to Moses and Jesus and Muhammad as the Tripartite Angel of the LORD, better known as Yeshua Sar haPanim.

Two different languages and two different meanings similar sounds. I believe when it's a noun like a name it should mean the same thing and said the same way. For example torta in Spanish is cake and torta is Mexico Spanish is sandwich same name two different meanings for two different objects. I don't believe Muhammad is prophesied anywhere in the bible and from all the research I've done the God preached by Jesus and the God preached by Muhammad are two way different gods so be careful 🙏 I wouldn't throw my sould away for similarly sounding words that have different meanings for two different people. The translation here is not controversial. No one is hiding anything. An eager bride finds her husband-to-be wholly desirable. She does not consider her future husband to actually be a prophet who will come a thousand years after she is dead. Since there is no personal name “Muhammad” in this text, there is absolutely no reason to think that this passage has anything to do with the future Muslim leader. Much more could be said, as this argument is so absurd. It is worth at least pointing out lastly that the same chapter in which these Muslims attempt to show that the beloved groom of Song of Solomon is actually Muhammad opens with this beloved groom drinking wine with his milk and urging all his friends to imbibe with him. As Islam strictly forbids alcohol, it is clear that this beloved groom not only isn’t Muhammad but does not even share the moral convictions that Muhammad would later promote. He urges people to do what Muhammad would call a sin. Thus, on every level, this argument simply doesn’t hold water.

Hi Ceci... like you, I have spent some time reading the Quran so that I can get understanding. The video you shared for example... In Hebrew text, they have said the prophet Mohamed was mentioned in the bible but in text form rather than in name form. My question here is... why are all other prophets not mentioned this way? Jesus = Isa... Moses = ʿImrān, Abraham = Ibrahim etc. I am currently reading the Quran and find that it reads like a summary of the old testament mentioning things but not in full details. This of course is of concern to me because I would rather read the whole text to get understanding. I believe in Jesus Christ (PBUH) and I have seen several evidences in the Quran that Muslims do too... for example true Muslims are expecting His return. I pray you read and research objectively and will also be praying for you that you get a visitation towards the right path. God bless.

He's not mentioned in the bible that's why. If you've spent time reading the Quran you would've picked up that it's very repetitive and biblical stories retold in the Quran are very brief and lack detail. Even basic details like names of prophets and messengers are not mentioned. They are just referred to as "the prophet".

It's very common for Muslims to try and twist scripture to fit their doctrine. If you've ever read the Quran it's extremely repetitive and lacks detail. The bible on the other hand is not repetitive and has great detail

The name, Muhammed, in Islam carries no particular linguistic meaning, but the name we use when referring to the prophet. However, God tells us that no messenger was sent without mentioning him in previous scripture(s). The uncle of the Prophet’s first wife, who studied scripture, knew of his coming and destiny before the prophet himself was sent the Divine pronouncement. He recognized all the characteristics that were mentioned to tell the believers of his coming in both the Torah and the Bible. I believe if you trace the verse back to a more original text, you will, InshaAllah, find the answer and be put at ease. I’ll be praying for you Sister. God Bless you, and don’t give up your search for the truth. 🤲❤️🙏

Firstly I must let you know that the lady didn't research, instead she was looking for a fact that will back her craving. True researchers don't just read a verse, but the entire chapter and the book to get the story and the context in the chapter. Then compare with other books of the bible and other historical books written around thesame period of time to better understand who the writer was and his intention. FACTS: 1. Solomon was a king who like his father had times when he interacted with God esp when he was still steadfast but was not a prophet. 2. In his days Gad the Seer, prophet Nathan and Ahijah the Shilonite were very much active amongst others. 3. The book of Solomon like they call it is an expression of love, an interaction between a young woman and her lover not a prophetic book 4. Solomon like the bible said had 700 wifes and 300 concubines from all the kingdoms around him as his own strategy of living in peace with neighbours. He was indeed a lover. 5. Many of the words used in these book like the one you talked about where adjectives used to express love. It is not possible that a woman would mention another man name when having intimate time with lover except in adjective sense. 6. Lastly, you will better understand the bible when you compare scripture with scripture.

Ikoro Vincent No, Muhammad alaihissalatuwassalam was mentioned by name but when they translated instead of leaving the name as it is they translated it. Which is not fair and an injustice to translation. The name should stay as it is. Of course if you don't leave the name as it is and translate it people won't understand. Also she said that she had been researching for six months so you can't say that she only checked a verse and that is it. And have you got something to prove these wrong?

@@Yesunimwokozi1 Well, it is because of Surah 7:157 which says that in the Christian Scriptures an unlettered prophet must be found. Also does Surah 61:6 say that Jesus would ever say that another prophet named as 'Ahmed' would come after him. Problem for islamists is that the author of the Quran has forgotten to mention where we should find that unlettered prophet in the Christian Scriptures. How stupid. And never did Jesus Christ say that a prophet will come after Him. That's because Jesus Christ is the Truth, the Life and the only way to the Father. So after Him no prophet is needed anymore. And so nowhere in the Christian Scriptures can Muhammad be found it makes islamic apologists desperate and that's why they alter the texts or twist them out of context. In that way you are correct, finding Muhammad in the Christian Scriptures is a comedy show.

From J.R.T.R. Jews use to sing Song of Songs every Friday evening. It is strongly recommended to read it all, and to understand the context (which is so not related to Muhammad neither to Islam). It is not so long. The context is a love between the woman (people of Israel) to the man (God). In Chapter 5, verse 8 - the woman asks Daughters of Jerusalem - 8 'I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if ye find my beloved, what will ye tell him? that I am love-sick.' In verse 9 The Daughters of Jerusalem answer - 9 'What is thy beloved more than another beloved, O thou fairest among women? What is thy beloved more than another beloved, that thou dost so adjure us?' So in verses 10-15 the woman describes her lover, and she summarizes at verse 16: Song of songs 5-16 - טז חִכּוֹ, מַמְתַקִּים, וְכֻלּוֹ, מַחֲמַדִּים; זֶה דוֹדִי וְזֶה רֵעִי, בְּנוֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָם. 16 His mouth is most sweet; yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.'. Khico Mamatakim VeKulo Mah’madim, Ze dodi Veze Ro’i B’not Yerushalaim. Its not written Muhamad but Mah'madim - Plural of Mah'mad (noun in Hebrew for precious thing - pronounced in terminal stress). Its a well known word in Hebrew, with a well known pattern. Ending of IM in Hebrew is to make plural (male) - like Mamatakim, Batim (houses), Susim (horses) and more… 1. Name (Muhammad) shouldn't be in Plural - is it? or you suggest that there are many Muhammads :). Can you find in Quran Muhammads? Marys? Jesuses? Mosses? Aharons? Imrans? Of course not! Well the news is that.. you can’t find them (ie Plural of names) in Bible too…can you show ANY book/text which refers to NAMES in PLURAL for respect?) Now suppose we follow Islamic idea, then what is the logical context of the verse? He is all Muhammads?, he is all Erdogans? He is all Khumeinis? what is the meaning of it? does it make any sense? think! 2. Now someone suggested that this verse calls Muhammad in plural, for respect. Well, that idea is based on ignorance for few reasons: a. I think there is no language on earth in which you call a man/woman in plural (you don’t call royal British family - Charleses, Margarets, Williams, Harrys. You never find in Quran or Hadith - Muhamadin (Muhammad in Plural), You never find in bible - Moseses, Aharons, Miriams - i would dare and say it is idiotic). Royal we is only about TWO WORDS - “WE” and “YOU”, that are mention in plural … b. There is no “Royal We” in Hebrew, nor in the whole old testimony - God refers to himself only as I or Me (singular). Moses refers to God only in Singular! Some people asked, Elohim is in plural, so maybe it is Royal We? there are few words in Hebrew which are written in plural form, but doesn’t mean plural. Maim (water), Shamaim (sky). There is for example also Bealim (plural of Baal - Hebrew word for owner), which is plural, but treated as singular, ie the verb is singular, and it had nothing with respect. Elohim means few things in bible, Gods (ie other Gods - surely not respected), the God (single), Judge, important persons. For example the first verse of Genesis is: ְIn the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. א בְּרֵאשִׁית, בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים, אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם, וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ. we can see that it is written Elohim in plural, but the verb is in singular. 3. Muhammad should be in penultimate stress and not in terminal stress. 4. The context of the sentence says that "my uncle is - his mouth is like sweeties and he is all like precious things, girls of Jerusalem" - so, Islam suggests “my uncle is like Muhammads”? 5. All Song of Songs happens in Jerusalem, at the times of King Solomon, about 3000 years ago. and not in Arabia 1400 years ago. 6. Read all Song of Songs and you will understand that it is a love song between a man to his bride. No one would suggest that Muhammad is connected to that context. 7. The word מחמד (written like Muhammad, but pronounced so differently) appears in other places in the Jewish bible (13 times), with the exact same meaning. For example in Kings 1 - 20,6 - ו כִּי אִם-כָּעֵת מָחָר, אֶשְׁלַח אֶת-עֲבָדַי אֵלֶיךָ, וְחִפְּשׂוּ אֶת-בֵּיתְךָ, וְאֵת בָּתֵּי עֲבָדֶיךָ; וְהָיָה כָּל-מַחְמַד עֵינֶיךָ, יָשִׂימוּ בְיָדָם וְלָקָחוּ. which means that “i will send my slaves to your home, and every precious thing (written like Muhammad - pronounced differently) that you desire, they will put in their hand and take”. So would you suggest that they will take Muhammad in their hand and take him with them? 8. There are 13 verses in Jew bible where מחמד is mentioned, and in all verses with the exact same meaning. (9. My Muslim friend reminded me that Muhammad’s hair was wavy -not silky and not curly (from Hadith). But Song of Songs ch. 5 Verse 11 says 11 His head is as the most fine gold, his locks are curls, and black as a raven. ) 10. What is Royal We? in Royal We, a SINGLE refers to himself as WE (plural). Or a SINGLE is refereed by others by VOUS (French for Plural YOU). Royal We applies for pronouns, not for Nouns or NAMES! 11. BTW - pet (dog, cat etc) in Hebrew is Khayat Mah’mad - חיית מחמד - which is “cute/precious animal” - so would Muslims say it is “animal of Muhammad”? Connecting Muhammad to that verse is a total ignorance. Well, it is funny, because Muslims claim that bible is corrupted, but they still search Muhammad in it…They have to find Muhammad in Bible, since Quran claims that Bible mentions Muhammad. But Muhammad never read the bible (well, he did not know reading and writing). Actually, you can’t find any verse in Jewish bible about Muhammad. Moreover, it is clear from bible that a prophet should be ONLY from Sons of Israel. That is very embarrassing, since Quran should be divine, so no mistakes are allowed in it. But there are so many mistakes and problems there. I read some answers and comments, so I add: 1. Some Muslims suggest -"DOWD" also means "paternal uncle" - there is no paternal uncle in Hebrew. and it is DOD and not DOWD as they write. 2. DOD is also lover…DODIM means also lovers. See Yehazkel 17, 8 . I attached some ancient song (from Rabbi Chaim Ben Sahal, 10th century, Jerusalem) says: ET DODIM KALA, BO’EE LE’GANI - means time of love, bride, come to my garden…ENJOY 3. It is RE’EE, and not RA’EE (as they wrongly write). RE’A means just friend. Not neighbor, or colleague as they suggest. Just a friend. 4. (Does any reasonable human being think that Daughters of Jerusalem waited for Muhammad?) 5. See also Deuteronomy Chapter 18 - We should read it all, to understand the background. It is about Sons of Israel coming to the promised land , ISRAEL, So god explain about few things. One of the things is about not relying on soothsayers and false prophets, because God brings you a prophet from AMONG YOU, from Your Bothers (not among Arabs). 2 And they (tribe of Levitt) shall have no inheritance among their brethren (means Sons of Israel); the LORD is their inheritance, as He hath spoken unto them. 14 For these nations, that thou art to dispossess, hearken unto soothsayers, and unto diviners; but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do. And the (“Corrupted”) bible continues: 15 A prophet will the LORD thy God raise up unto thee, from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; 18 I will raise them up a prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee; and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. 20 But the prophet, that shall speak a word presumptuously in My name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.' - that is about False Prophet. So according to verse 20 - Since Muhammad said in Quran the famous Satanic Verses, which Muhammad himself admitted, were said to him by SATAN - Muhammad should be sentenced to death … Muhammad also said to his followers that it is common that Prophets received messages from Satan… well, it is not truth. You can’t find that about any other prophets in Bible, and moreover, Verse 20 says the severe punishment for that! (BTW - its mentioned in Quran that False Prophet should be killed by cutting their Aorta, and in some Hadith Muhammad, before died from poison, said that he feels like his Aorta is cut… so…Maybe he knew what he was doing??) Remember , God send that prophet for the Jews! How can he be illiterate? Doesn’t know the bible? that can’t read the bible that God himself sent? he should be educated, Like Moses himself. He should know to communicate with them, to speak Hebrew. 6. I saw some Muslims mention Isaiah - once again, they don’t read the whole context. The prophecies are for the people of Israel. for example see Chapter 40: 1 Comfort ye, comfort ye My people (Sons of Israel), saith your God. 2 Bid Jerusalem (Holy city if Israel, ie people of Israel) take heart, and proclaim unto her, that her time of service is accomplished, that her guilt is paid off (guilt of Jerusalem, ie people of Israel); that she hath received of the LORD'S hand double for all her sins. ... 27 Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel: 'My way is hid from the LORD, and my right is passed over from my God'? Then the prophet explains that after the redemption of Israel, all the nations of the world will glorify God, from all over the world, from far islands, (and also those of the desert - Arabs): Chapter 42: 10 Sing unto the LORD a new song, and His praise from the end of the earth; ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein, the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.

And Some Muslims “mistakenly forget” the beginning of verse number 13, and try to refer it to Muhammad. NO. This verse is about God Himself. (Although sometimes I have a feeling that Muhammad is adored more than God himself :) 13 The LORD will go forth as a mighty man, He (God, not Muhammad!) will stir up jealousy like a man of war; He (God, not Muhammad!) will cry, yea, He will shout aloud, He will prove Himself mighty against His enemies. So I suggest that first study a little Hebrew, improve reading comprehension, then read Bible, and only then try to analyse. Once again, think about that, How can God send a prophet who doesn't know reading and writing, reading comprehension, Bible, Hebrew? and to send such a person to the Jews!?!?!? Would you accept an MD or a lawyer who can’t read and write? only ignorant people would accept. Jack Tevito's answer to How does Deuteronomy 18:15 prove that Muhammad couldn't be a prophet?

Muslims always seeking validation of their prophet from the Bible. The same Bible prophesied about the coming, crusifition, dead and Resurrection and the Lordship of Jesus, but the won't accept all the above. They Muslims call Jesus a lier, reject his teachings and his Lordship and even claim that the helper (Holy Spirit) which Jesus promise his disciples is a prophesy concerning Mohammed. Don't be deceived by them: They will tell you Jesus like Muhammed is also a Muslim.. Big lie. They will tell you JESUS is a prophet. Big lie. (Jesus is greater than the prophets Matthew 16:15-16) The will tell you Mohammed is a prophet, this is TRUE. Even prophet Elijah one of the greatest of the prophets of God had to contest with some other prophets called the prophet of Baal (1Kings 18) John 10:27-30 (emphases on 10:30 and BLOCK letters) 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I GIVE THEM ETERNAL LIFE, and they shall NEVER PERISH; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 MY FATHER, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I AND THE FATHER ARE ONE.” If you seek the Truth there is only one way: JESUS summed it up in one verse, John 14:6 - “I am THE way, THE truth, and THE life. NO one comes to the FATHER EXCEPT through ME.” All of man's questions of life are answered in this verse.

I've been hearing this for a few years now, and it is quite laughable. Some even went as far as saying he was the comforter Jesus promised would come, even though the text clearly says "the spirit of truth", leaving no room for ambiguity. So Mohammed is a spirit? The desperation of false clerics is out of this world. Now, if two religions are claiming to be right, and the one maintains their own lane, while the other continually seeks to use the one to validate itself via underhand tactics and outright distortion of facts, I think that's telling - just thinking out loud.

You just try to debate with yourself and not want to loose what you got from one of the denomination. Just a question? Which bible are you using from one of 24000 bibles? Why so many differences? Why not all “christians” are not following the Unique message of jesus? Why so many churches? Why different rituals? Why there is hate between catholieks, protestant or johova witness etc..? Why Jesus is coming back if he already done his job? Why Jesus suffer for you? Because you human are superior than “ the son of women called Jesus?” Why trinity and which doesen’t make sense? All The above lead now in the christian world to agnostics an atheist !!!! Church are empty and most converting to islam. But why because of the truth? Because of the lovely and sweet word which came out via Mohamadim? That lovely word we call it Quran!!

@@hrargate lol. Speaking of debating with oneself, not being open minded, and wanting to hold on to what was handed down to you, my friend look in the mirror. Your long rambling proves it. You are full of assumptions; who told you I'm a Christian and not just a scholar of history? What makes you think I read a particular version of the bible and not the original texts from the prophets and scribes from which the bible was compiled? You are not a debater, just an over zealous brother who probably sincerely wants to find the truth of the Almighty, but sadly has been misled and thinks he knows something. Ordinarily, I'd ignore your kind of message but I found myself thinking Providence brought you my way for a reason. That some meanings were lost in translation by human beings does not detract from the validity of the original, neither is it a justification for not translating into other languages - understand that. People can understand a message differently. As for hate between Catholics, protestants etc, I don't know where you got that from. But understand this, there are factions who understand the message differently and are honestly seeking God, while there are some that came into existence to detract Christianity and cause this very effect on you. The true church went underground in the third century AD, and stayed so for centuries. Perhaps you should read more. Why Jesus is coming back and the reason he had to be propiation for sin would become clearer to you if you open mindedly read the Bible, as you have read the Quran (I've read it too). His work of shedding his pure, sinless blood for atonement of sin and reconciliation of man back to God was done, giving mankind a chance to be right with God. He is coming back for those who embrace this chance. If you plant, wouldn't you return for your harvest? Again, your assumptions - No, it doesn't mean humans are superior to Him, it actually means He is superior and without sin, hence His blood was accepted sacrifice to cleanse the sins of the whole world. And if we aren't blinded by sentiments, common sense would point that to us. You speak of the Qur'an, but historical and archaeological evidence show that there was no Qur'an for more than 100 years after Mohammed; it was borne out of the need for a book to give credence to a movement that was sweeping through the Arabian peninsula and beyond at the time. Despite what you might have been told all along, Mohammed did not write the Qur'an. You can research this, don't just take my word for it. Now, do I follow any? Well, maybe someday. But the Christian postulate makes more sense. I'd take it any day over someone who promised me virgins in paradise if I die fighting for Allah. I mean, isn't it obvious that it's a scam? Why not give me the virgins here? Do we even exist in this form, as flesh, on the other side? You've been had, my friend but I think you're zealous, which I believe would help you get to the truth. Someone put together a bunch of hogwash to create a religion to achieve military conquest, luring people into blood-letting frenzies. I could go on and on. You might want to research Isis the goddess and Islam. It is also not difficult to see elements of Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism and Confucianism in the Quran, making it a compendium of plagiarised versions of bits of these others. The story of Jesus/Issa/Yashua, for example, for crying out loud, happened to a Jew, not an Arab, like the red sea crossing etc. And a few centuries later, some people distort it and expect us to believe their version instead of the version of the people of the book? People whose story it isn't? The audacity! Think about it. Good luck

there are many very nice Muslims but they are not real Muslims only paper Muslims. real Muslim has to kill for Islam bc Muhammad is the role model and Muhammad was a warlord childgroomer slave trader murderer Muhammad was a very ugly bad person pagan stone kisser Bedouin. Any ideology with death penalty for apostasy is from shaytan. Why does Allah allow Mut'ah marriage (prostitution) in Quran ? Muslim men can marry little pre-pubescent girls. kzread.info/dash/bejne/iqKT086RhpDMg9Y.html
