It’s amazing how many sauces are riffs off of the basic southern cream gravy recipe.
I'm making a salmon patties casserole dish . and it calls for white sauce. and i found your recipe. thanks and this will come in handy when i i want to gravy.

yolk can act as a bonding agent and thickens the sauce more if you happen to use it for something like lasagna

Was all looking good until the end - 3 ingredients in equal amounts - is that 50g/ml of milk for 50g of butter, or 300g of butter for 300g/ml of milk?? Seems a bit excessive to me...
Adding egg is so Greek
You are wrong. the milk quantity is not the same as the flour and the butter. at the end of the video the ingredient quantities are not the same as seen at the beginning. why?

Why you add egg yolk in the sauce? Sauce is 👌 but the egg yolk will taste so bad in sauce bcz the egg yolk is unraw .
