I tried your recipe, and true mine didn't have lumps in it. The only advice i have is add Maggie magic masala in it after your white sauce and you will definitely thank me later for it. It's heavenly

This is the best and most easiest to make pasta recipe

Maine try kiya tha sirf 10 min lage including corn and onion (exclusion of boiling) mast tha

Both pasta 🍝 are my fav

Flour makes lump when it is not cooked . Cook the flour in butter for almost 30 to 60 secs while mixing with spoon back . Then add small amount of milk and mix it then add whole milk

Haan🤣🤣🤣. Mujhe laga usne cooking channel bhi kol liya hai

I make it without maida and it works perfectly, tastes amazing and no maida=good for gut

Tip: add milk first in the pan. Mix flour in water separately in a cup.. then add that flour mixture in milk while stirring.. wet mixture will be alot easier to mix evenly and the milk will get thick gradually P.s : that's how I always do it & it works out amazingly. Must give it a try

You can mix the maidaa with chilled milk in a bowl and then can add it into pan . This way it will not form any lumps. Hope it helps.

Just add maida and little water and mix it well add that liquid in the pan while milk was boiling with the butter.keep mixing it ,it gets thick without any lumps.

Yes it's poison when you take milk nd salt together "directly" But not poisnes when you take both with other ingredients or when you put other ingredients
