When my wife and I were just dating in 1968 this was one of all time favorite tunes. Ginger and Jack, bless their souls, would be proud as I’m sure Eric is! You rocked it girl! I’m a big fan of Cream and you did it justice! My wife passed away in 2020. Another of our favorites was “Toad”. Would love to hear you tackle that one some day. It’s a lot to ask but think about it. It was Ginger’s greatest moment ever. And it could be yours!

One of the advantages of being old is that I was alive when most of the stuff Sina has covered was NEW. The Beatles hit in the USA when I was 14. It seemed like half the young people were playing in garage bands, most of them unremembered (justly!). I was a drummer in several such groups, and on my very best day I was unworthy to carry Sina’s sticks. Being practical, and very aware of my limitations as a musician, I studied chemistry and worked at that for 50+ years. Still, my heart is full of music, and I wish SIna and her friends all the best of fortune. Rejoice in your youth, fight the good fight, and keep music from being totally dominated by hit factories, packaged “stars”, and marketing departments. 👍❤ Steve

The intriguing aspect to this cover is Sina's ability to recreate the drum tonals at precisely the same points in the music as Ginger Baker's original. Those "sounds" create memory points in the brain of the listener, sensory mile markers in the music that compliment the vocal track; one of the genius aspects of Baker's drumming, which is also keenly evident in "Sunshine of Your Love". Astounding! KDM

Brings back memories. LOL; I was a Nomad as a kid before Dad made me enlist in the Navy, this song brings out a memory of one time I ran off in the winter of 68, I got caught in blizzard weather on my way to Utah from Virginia, it got so bad I almost froze my toes off hitchhiking, as it happens, the van that picked me up was playing this song, radio or 8 track, I don't remember as we slowly moved across interstate 70, nothing but blinding white cold. #quote There are many things to remember of our pasts, but few are so vivid that they endure at hearing a song. Just found Sina for the first time today and have just lost over 3 hours going from track to track and enjoyed every one. What fantastic talent, to be able to play the way she does and not be a household name away from You Tube is a mystery. I love the music choices especially as many of them are more from my era of the late 60's, 70's and 80's. Interesting to see how many older fans she has on here which I believe is because we grew up in a time when there was real talent in music which Sina has and is so sadly lacking in most modern stars. Great music, a great personality and great entertainment, keep up the great music

Currently Sina is a founding member of a German hard rock band called The Gäs. They only play original rock that they create. If you'd like to see some of those performances live lookup "The Gäs live at the Groove Bar" you'll find 3 very well shot videos.

I had heard the song Sunshine of your love by Cream and the band got my attention. As I had just started learning to play drums in 1968 it was a couple of years before I mastered White Room and it will always be one of my most favorite songs. The band I was in one night in 2000 had just finished a gig. At that time Ray Satayendra, Professor of Music Theory at Yale (We were based in New Haven County on the Shoreline) was playing keyboards and although we had a talented Lead Guitarist, we never attempted this song. Along comes this 13yo kid, picks up the bass and starts playing so Ray and I join in for a screaming fun impromptu rendition! Sina brings me back over and again to my childhood and all the great music I grew up with from Doo Wop to R&B and even some jazz. This was the song that made me buy a Zyldjiian16" thin crash cymbal to go with my Zildjiian 18" med crash a shop owner had pierced with rivets. Ray is now at the University of Michigan and quite famous! I left the band in 2002 after playing for 34 years. My back and wrists were shot.

I’ve seen several of Sina’s videos. Without doubt she’s an extremely talented musician. She’s done covers of some of the best rock songs and greatest rock drummers in history. She did a video on What Makes Ringo a Great Drummer. I’d be curious to hear her analysis of the sales of other greats like Ginger Baker, John Bonham, etc.

Ginger Baker is a hard act to follow. He was called the demon drummer! Very good interpretation. Really enjoyed thanks. I was obsessed with Cream and Hendrix in the 80's. Thanks

I'll tell ya... Covering Ginger Baker takes some serious guts! One of the most phenomenal rock drummers to have ever lived (may he RIP). One thing I love about Sina is that she covers these amazing classic songs with amazing drummers rather than covering modern pop crap like so many others. We don't have the likes of Baker, Moon, Bonham, Watts, Weinberg, Porcaro, Ringo, Mitch Mitchell, etc these days. Having the chops to cover these masters is awesome!

This complicated drumming always pleases my ear. Variety in beats, combinations, space lapse between beats, nice food for the ear. Reminds me of the 2015 Sina era when she played the tougher songs. :) I don't know if it is your birthday, but if so, you're a full-fledged adult now! Congrats Sina.

WooHoo! Is it my birthday too? No .. but this is like a birthday present for me because I've loved Cream and this song for close to 50 years. These three all-star amazing musicians made up what I consider to be the first super group and power trio. Unfortunately their personalities didn't mesh as well as their musicianship so their star shone brightly but briefly, unlike my very favorite power trio/super group RUSH who lasted over 40 years. Anyway I love this cover very much Miss Sina, and I hope you had a wonderful birthday, and year 21 is good to you. 😁🤘💕😎

The focus on the backbone of rock and seeing healthy young women growing up on KZread in all it's truth when real people do it, puts Old Rock back on the map. Excellent parenting and the best modern technology can document "As good as SpaceX?" Well, Earth matters too and women are finally ready to take on any challenge.

Mysterious as Juliet wrote, and also Majestic - a triumph for each of the players and now a triumph for Sina. Made my day to revisit one of the handful of songs that triggered my obsession for what rock music was evolving to in the mid to late 60's - I was there in high school and every element of the song and performances blew my mind even though I was still years away from my first toke! Listening to it today with Sina also blew my mind. Thank you!
