People were stressed every day when Trump was in. Please stop. It was distressing because he’s so erratic and unpredictable. And all the millions that died of covid. And his alliances with shady leaders. And the crooked people around him that ended up in prison. And then the desecration of the capital. Defecating in those sacred halls?? Are you serious?? It depends on how much is packed into those hours. For instance, someone working in a private office would not have the same energy expenditure as someone engaging with the public and moving from place to place.
